You can find both those too.

Kroger or any grocery store organic section. You will find Kiss My Face, Jason, Tom's of Maine, etc. toothpaste with no flouride.
In regular deoderant isle you will find Arm and Hammer deoderant made without aluminum or paraban. Hint: rinse mouth with sea salt and warm water at least once a day. Dilute baking soda in a little warm water and brush. Baking Soda instantly changes Ph of mouth to healthy state. Food grade Peroxide works fine as a rinse also. Sea salt and water will remineralize your teeth over time for pennies.

Trident seems to be the only popular gum made with xylitol.

GLEE GUM (a few different flavors!) and CHICLETS (I think this only comes in one flavor...) do not contain Aspartame. You can get them both at Drugstore.com

Korean stores have xylitol gum. It's good for your teeth and tastes awesome.

But it's expensive compared to cheap and toxic American gum.

About two years ago, I began calling gum manufacturers to locate a sugar-free gum without Nutrasweet, as I have very severe reactions to any form of Nutrasweet (aspartame).

When speaking with the DENTYNE company, I learned that the only flavor of their gum that does not have Nutrasweet is Cinnamon, as Cinnamon is very strong on its own. They flavor it with sorbitol which is better than aspartame.

This is the ONLY gum I will buy.

FYI If you have any form of arthritis, do not take any form of Nutrasweet as it will exacerbate your symptoms.

You have to check the label for everything these days. Aspartame is added to products that already contain sugar, so read the entire ingredient list. Even a cherry pie from the Safeway "bakery" contained both sugar AND aspartame.

If you want another example of how the government allows chemicals in our foods, look up the definition of "natural flavor" in the US Federal Register and see what lobbyists are allowed to get away with.

Acesulfame K, sold commercially as Sunette or Sweet One, was approved by the FDA in 1988 as a sugar substitute in packet or tablet form, in chewing gum, dry mixes for beverages, instant coffee and tea, gelatin desserts, puddings and nondairy creamers. The manufacturer has asked the FDA to approve acesulfame K for soft drinks and baked goods.

acesulfame K is the worst. The additive is inadequately tested, the FDA based its approval on tests of acesulfame K that fell short of the FDA's own standards. But even those tests indicate that the additive causes cancer in animals, which means it may increase cancer risk in humans. In l987, CSPI urged the FDA not to approve acesulfame K, but was ignored. After the FDA gave the chemical its blessing, CSPI urged that iat be banned. The FDA hasn't yet ruled on that request.

They should change the name of the products when they drastically alter the ingredients. Old people that are trusting of the system still don't know to look at the ingredients, they just know what was good when they were kids and killing themselves out of sentimental attachment to brands.

Don't fall for the hype that the soda companies are now making healthier soda by putting "real" sugar back in. Even "real" cane sugar is absolutely nasty. Just as processed of a chemical as the alternative sweeteners, sugar should not be considered an edible food. The whole process from growing it, burning it (yes, they burn the entire field - it literally looks like hell), harvesting it, processing it, eating it, and eventually shooting the extra insulin needed to "digest" it - sugar just screws everything it comes into contact with.

The agricultural runoff from the sugar industry on hawaii has all but destroyed the reef system there, which means the locals can't fish, the fish that they do catch are polluted, and the sea turtles have cancer washing up on beaches. Look at the ocean there after a good rain - super chemical fertilizer funk, staff infections - it's just SO WRONG. I watched an old local hawaiian fisherman on the public access channel there CRYING that the reefs and the water have been destroyed, telling how it used to be.

To this day the missionary family owned sugar companies, C & H and HC&S specifically - the federally subsidized broke unprofitable companies that screwed hawaii land up majorly for the last century and are now just land squatting, imports slave labor to work the toxic sugar fields. The could be growing organic fruits and permaculture vegetable gardens in those fields so that they don't have to import expensive mainland food, but I guess the missionary families are still conducting their "good works" there, wanting to keep it a disaster zone for the locals. The clueless tourists think the slave labor reef destroying sugar industry is quaint historic Hawaii as they sip their sugared down Mai Tai's.

Mannitol is basically the same thing as sorbitol.

inverted sugars maltose mannitole sorbitole stevia--- it's usually produced by your body as waste, half calories, if eaten too much upset the stomach..small amount it's tollerable

polyalchols ---like xylictolo --- your body react to it as methanol, quite a work, bit leaver toxic, but acceptable in small quantities and if you eat saturated animal fat


haromathic proteins.... aspartame, splenda, etc your liver cannot disgest them cause they do not exist in nature...so basically if your liver works great you'll be able to expel them in tiny quantities..all the rest will fuck your brain, eyes, organs


look for ELMA in greek stores or online. They have some and natural oils with mastic... lemon, mandarine..

also north europe produces some wax gums...they last forever...but I find difficult to find them

then you can do yours by mixing natural ingredients like arabic gum, natural wax, mastic and natural oils of neem, mint, lemon etc

welp, I just quit buying it...if people would wake up their cash loss would talk....and really, why does one company do something like add aspartame and the entire industry follows? That is what freaks me out.
