The Russian network of field fortifications in Zaporizhia Oblast is a defense in depth spanning 20-30 km deep, depending on the area of the front.

Defense forces of Ukraine have been grinding down the russia occupiers for three months now,

it does help that the glorious russia command decided to throw waves and waves of russia soldiers in pointless counter attacks to win back lost ground, thereby completely burning through their reserves and transferring some of their most elite VDV units from other fronts

the lines you speak off are only as good as the soldiers to man them and if they have no reserves left expect a lighting collapse of the russia southern front on par with the Kharkiv front collapse of last fall
