The reason no one is talking about Vaccine passports + Lockdowns anymore

Is because the COVID narrative doesn't coincide with what "is actually happening," but rather with what the compliance % is projected to be. Example, if they know that they have at least 80% compliance, then yes, COVID will suddenly equate with apocalypse and appropriate measures (relayed to them by Authority Figures) will be taken by all the NPCs to avert it.

Anyway, that's why the headlines are kind of lukewarm right now, because the percentage of people ready to go through the same again is relatively low, mostly confined to COVID-fetishists who are brandishing their "quadruple boosted" icon on the COVID-19 subreddits etc.

But they're still trying. Just not going hard enough with it because they know the majority is now disillusioned and not listening to "top doctors on the TV" who have a recent-to-memory self-destructed credibility to account for.

Notice how the language around vaccine talk is also changing, for example you will never encounter anything like "safe and effective" ever again.
