these new military moves that you're describing, are probably gonna be used in the North East part of Ukraine, as there's little action there and Ukraine still holds one of the largest and most important towns there, Kharkiv and this city is just next, close to the border, that used to be one of the most important industrial cities in Soviet Era etc.
