I call it distilling or resolving, we are looking at things on a very fundamental level. Most do not, we get lost in the minutia of the detail when what is important is relationship.



I call it the Jesus Placebo Effect.

Ill just say, we resonate on a very fundamental level...

You can see how I have since modified the UE to show the relationship aspect of it more. All of this has been a process for me understanding all of the things that have happened and of course the UE.

I am going to c/p over the main posts from the Jailbreak thread to here for critique, it needs vetting and proofing by simply participating in something that you perceive to be beneficial to you while being open to Source/Spirit/God entering your life/work.

All perspectives/paths welcome.

Polarity (Mind): Zombie -

Developing Willpower:

This is where the work is done. You build will by pushing yourself, slowly at first. Start making new choices like every time you have negative thought, breath. On inhalation think "thank you", on exhalation "love you". This is powerful energy, you are now combatting your negative thoughts in the most powerful way. You can of course switch up the polarities in/love, out/thank. I still use this daily, it is a good way to get you to focus back on the breath, a great positive feedback loop. Not sure why I would ever stop using it.

Visualizations of white light, vortexing into the body, then vortexing out of the body in a black smoke. You can be creative, if you are having health issues, begin to focus these vortexes and light up the effected areas. You will notice we are working with the good/bad energies here, which can shift to all white light. Which is a signal to God that you have transcended the duality in this exercise. We are harmonizing with higher energies when we do this, our intention and faith matter!

God (Spirit) talks to us symbolically, which is why visualizations are helpful. You want to be doing this while having specific positive intentions and having faith that it is for your highest good. The lower you can get your breath rate the better, in everything you do. You want to reach a full time meditating state where you mind is free from the non sense so that you can focus.

The inversion is also true, all the audio/video we take in that usually revolves around violence is as bad as having positive thoughts is good. When you start to think about it, it makes sense why everything has gone to shit, we have consented to it no matter its origin. We must take responsibility for where we are, this is not some-one else's problem.

Fasting helps build will power. Begin by fasting from sundown to sunup. This will build a positive pattern as foundation. When you feel ready, begin fasting for a full day, which is really a day and a half but you wont notice. When the sun goes down, fast thru a full day and then since its evening, you go to bed without eating making it 1.5 days. This is key, 1.5=6, a number of God. You are telling God to take notice, you wish to speak with him.

I mediate in a hot tub, I add three gallons of boiling hot water and three ingredients. Epsom, baking powder & Bach Floral Essence (thanks credit card company suckers). When I get in, my skin is red. This is to elevate the heart rate, in place of having to exercise. You sacrifice muscle mass for ease and comfort even and the tradeoff is worth it. We are not worried about our muscles, we just need to blow up our brains with blood and oxygen. Learning to exercise & meditate at the same "time" is just as valid.

This is why meditating to lower your breath makes the positive feedback loop in the hot water. High heart rate and low breath rate, this is the synergy you are looking for as both are good for you. It makes it more difficult to meditate but the payoff is so worth it. Implement the 3-9-6 in you meditation and everything you do in life. Scream out to God that you need some attention because you deserve it by toking some cannabis 3 times beforehand.

Our animal friends could use a break, begin to cut down on animal protein. You are not going to need it. My final test was when the queen ant presented herself to me, I had been wiping them out when I saw them on the counter. Now I am in resonance with them, it was after this that the Unity Equation was finished. I LOVE my ant brothers and sisters.

The Breath, you are filling your abdomen first, not the lungs. If you learn to fill the abdomen, then take it into the lungs. Socrates taught in Way of the Peaceful Warrior that we should try to get to the point of not disturbing a feather on your lip, under your nose. All of this is so very important and is why it is the first step, your are putting yourself in position to resonate at a different level than you currently are.

Polarity: No-body's Fault but Mine

Forgiveness/Willpower/Acceptance ~ Intent/Willpower/Faith = Hello Kitty or Developer Mode positive feedback loop.

I suppose this needs fleshing out a bit, as it is all about forgiving yourself and others for all of it. When you distill it down to bad/catalyst/good, you might find some peace with your experiences, of both polarities. Give consideration to the no-reason/both/reason trinity and which polarity you subscribe to.

For me it is so very clear, we are here and everything in our lives is happening for a reason. You have to learn to forgive yourself if you let society lead you to "be-lie-eve" the negative polarity.

When you distill it down far enough, you find you are responsible for exactly where you are. Once you are able to forgive yourself, you will likely find it much easier to forgive others. You find balance, come in to acceptance of that is just the way it is.

I conclude we have free choice AND fate, we can not have one with out the other. I look at it like inflection points, we get to make our choices between inflection points while ultimately all roads lead to Rome or inflection point out of our control. Create Your Own Adventure storybook's from my youth contained so much wisdom.

We have a rather large choice facing us. Do we forgive ourselves/others our "transgressions" and accept what is in the "past" as being for our highest good or do we continue to self sabotage ourselves, spinning our wheels, going "no-where".

Working through all of this builds Willpower, you use it as the fuel to focus your Intention/Faith synergy/harmony, which you are honing by doing the work. It is the positive feedback loop that will get you "noticed" and bumped/leveled up in the most wonderful of ways.

If I was a betting man, I would say now is the best time to begin/renew your work. Piercing the veil is within reach, some even say it is at it's "thinnest" if I am not mistaken. This is Ascension (matter->spirit), which is after Enlightenment (revelation) and neither of these will happen unless you get your temples (mind/body/spirit) in harmony. You just have to care enough to begin/finish/continue and let your higher power take care of the rest...

Choose no to getting re-cycled, it builds Willpower.

Polarity (Spirit):


Apologies, hit reply before editing this in. The music selections are important, Break on Through is about piercing "the veil" or Ascension, it is the synthesis of the work and understanding. Zombie is a self realization that we have become the warden/prisoner to our "beliefs" and Nobody's Fault But Mine is taking responsibility, which we all must do if we are to progress...

From the Holy Trinity of Mind/Body-Matter/Spirit or Father/Son/Holy-Spirit or Philosophy/Science/Spirituality or Intention/Willpower/Faith, these are fundamental aspects of reality.

If one is to consider how our Material (matter/spirit) world came into existence, the most commonly accepted "belief" would be it came from Mind or God or Spirit (mind/spirit). Consider "the big bang" concept, how matter (some-thing) came from spirit (no-thing).

It comes down to what comes first, many teachings will say that everything is Mind. Others say everything is God, which is where I throw my lot, based on the math shared earlier. That is why 0=Spirit, it is "nothing" from our current perspective, right? If Spirit comes first, then is it Mind or Matter? Well, Mind is Spiritual in its nature, you cant take it out and put it on the table to show it off. Thus, 0=Spirit, 3=Mind(Frequency), 6=Matter(Vibration), 9=Spirit(Energy), fundamental aspects of reality and supported by Vortex Math and digital roots of the base nine number system.

The foundation of the Unity Equation, which explains how things work and coupled with specific practices that can be tailored to specific individual needs will lead one to the Enlightenment/Ascension/Christ-Consciousness Trinity.
Which brings with it everything and from my perspective what Jesus was teaching, distilled. The kingdom is indeed within, the UE explains how to cultivate it so that you come into gnosis or knowing.

The Chosen, us, is a wonderful show, open up to it. You will see the parallels, all of this is happening for a reason. My favorite parts of the show is season 3, episodes 2 through 5 really lay all this out perfectly, as intended. You are going to find so many "proofs" that you are going to find it hard to deny.

These episodes contain the part where Jesus sends out the apostles to heal. He has implanted a suggestion in their head, he was weaving a spell hoping that they would understand the significance. He was building Faith for them using himself as a placebo, surely he could have done whatever he wanted to, instead he was giving them the suggestion that he was giving them "authority" to act in his Name/God, which is valid, as is the inverse that this is simply a function of the disciples Intent/Willpower/Faith synergy.

We see support for the placebo/synergy effect in episode 5 when Veronica, who is a leper desperately wants to be healed. She pushes her way through the crowd and barely touches Jesus garment and is healed. Certainly the garment held no power, she did and she accessed it by having Faith in Jesus the Intention to heal herself and the Willpower to make it happen.

Jesus claims what a great gift she has given him, which is great indeed, she succeeded without the suggestion, she did it all on her own. There is a moral here, please do not miss it.

Please excuse my Bible ignorance, whether or not the show is accurate really does not matter (no-thing is matter), what matters is the accurate portrayal in the scene as the teachings put in to action.

Solfeggio frequencies are legit sources of aid as they all reduce down to 3, 6 or 9. They are very spiritual frequencies, find the music that resonates with you in 432hz pitch if possible.

I moved to classical music over the years, I love it and it helps bring balance. Try and move away from the harder music, ones with lyrics that are imbuing negative suggestions in your minds. Currently I am listening to flute music, I was also blessed during my journey with some binaural tones I scored off A T S site, Ill link both below.

We are so out of balance, we are seeing it everywhere, from porn to war and everything between. Try and move toward leaving some/all of these things behind, they serve you no benefit as they are just catalyst to overcome. Encumbering as opposed to enlightening, if you can quiet the noise in your head by cutting through your beliefs, it will help you to see clearly.

Took me a few to figure out the taboo word. That being said, here is the music I have utilized.
