Learn to live without outside external influence. Go inside to the place where time does not exist. This place is not static but a flowing river of abundance. Whatever you need or have lack of emanates from this river. Learn to go inward to this place that exists outside the matrix. This is where you will receive (if you are open to it) ALL, and I say ALL, that you will need to be set free. Also, you will find at the core of this indescribable plane of existence LOVE ETERNAL. There is no struggle that dwells there. Nothing exists there that isn't pure. It longs for you to always dwell there. Once you are able to experience this inner sanctuary you will seek it with more intent. This is the inner path, the narrow path, the FATHER would like all His children to pursue.

Abandon the cares and struggles of this life. Many of you carry the burdens of others. Many of you want others to carry your burdens. This is not a good or practical option, nor a path to be taken. Why carry such a heavy load? Did I not say, cast your burdens on Me and I will sustain you?

Go into the inner sanctuary where the KINGDOM exists. Take part in the river of life. Get refreshed and find rest for your souls.

Let your mind rest constantly, or as often as possible, in the thought of God. In that thought we draw the strength, the wisdom, the great love for which our souls hunger. Be mentally anchored in that which alone is changeless in this changing world: God. If we scan our inner self, we will find a hunger, a yearning, a need, for a kind of love that will consume us with total fulfillment; and for a complete security that nothing in this world can give__neither money nor health, nor any amount of intellectual understanding.

The last year was a shit show for me health-wise. I had nine bowel obstructions and one surgery. And then my "toy box" was a mess. One GYN wanted to send me to Albuquerque to a specialist's Vagina Clinic - yup, that's what it's called - and the other wanted me to go to Philadelphia to see the premier specialist in the country....harhar, as if.

Both of those things I've seemed to get under control, though. Thank god.

My back is still my back. It will always be degrading, and will never get better. But I take my supplements like my life depends on them, and I am going to get radiofrequency ablation done in November. Six injections, one each into each nerve that comes out of the disc. They burn the nerve head open, and then drop the medicine directly into there. This procedure provides longer pain relief than just injecting by the nerve and disc. It's my way to shore my self up for the cold of winter that aggravates the arthritis so badly. Last winter was rough, and that was on top of all else I had going on.

Heh, the surgeon's personal secretary called me to make the appt., told me the date, and then said she had to tell me that this (new) surgeon doesn't BELIEVE in anesthesiology for my procedure....heh, I instantly told her I wouldn't be doing it then.



Can you imagine getting those big bore needle injections, with what they're doing burning the nerve head open, with just topical lidocaine shots?

The first and last time I did these injections this way, radiofrequency ablation, I was given 100 mcg. of Fentynol, and then the anesthesiologist had to push 50 more because my BP was soaring from those shots STILL hurting.

And he wants me think what he "believes in" is okay...phft. I do have to get a new MRI per my insurance before I can get it done, and I'm thinking about looking for another surgeon to do them....I mean, ya know, if this surgeon "believes" that I don't need pain meds during this procedure, then I'm wondering what's going to be going on in his mind while he has that needle in my spine, and I'm trippin' on Fentynol? Is he going to be thinking I'm weak or an addict or god knows what?...and damnit, I want him to be thinking about being careful with my spine.

The obstructions were the very worst though. So f'n painful, and then you start projectile vomiting. Tough year....but I pretty much managed to stay happy, with my head up.

You know how a positive attitude helps anything along, eh?....

I know exactly what you mean about the winter hurting so much more also.
Do you think there is anyway you could go to a pain specialist and get pain management? A low dosage of perhaps morphine? Try to manage the situation. I know you use meditation like a master already!

I hate to think of you having that surgery done.
I have heard most people who have the surgery say it made them worse off but that was the infused vertebrae one. The ablation might actually help.
I'm sure you put some research into this.

You did go through that like a champ! I spoke to you after you had your surgery and you actually said my post made you cry and thanked me so much. I wanted to talk to you more but I have had to deal with some health issues also.

I forgot to tell you that after I told his private secretary that I wouldn't do it, she was nearly shouting in the phone, "Violette, wait! Just wait a minute!" The woman sounded like she moved into panic mode in no time flat for thinking I was hanging up the phone.

Apparently I'm not the only patient that said, 'NO f'n way!'

She said she'd have to go over to the surgery center to find out when an anesthesiologist would be there, so she could make my appointment to fit with them....but really, I'm concerned about what this surgeon's attitude might be while sticking me with these huge needles...IN MY SPINE.

It's something I need to seriously think about intently. I have about a week and a half to decide.


BUT, I'm just so happy and elated you're back...

Considering what you've been through...Yes, I thought so... :)

Oh, yeah....and yes I can afford to pay for your subscription. I'm at the top of the game at my job. One of my bosses told me yesterday that I'm one of three who they never have a problem with. There are 35 of us long run drivers. Heh, I didn't know that, and it made me feel great!

We also got kick ass raises a few months ago.
