Cherished One, do you own a firearm?

Heh, that's not a "loaded" question....but I'm having a kind of crisis of faith today, and you're my go-to guy.

My intellect says I need to arm myself, and that "God helps those who help themselves," but my spirit right now feels so defeated at the thought of arming myself. I've been crying over it this morning.

In my spirit it feels something akin to taking the mark of the beast to get one...my spirit, my expanded self, is really going at me about this.

This decision to get or not to get protection is one that I've volleyed with for two years now. I'm not at all taking it lightly.
