No one was even touching him. About 1:30 "I CAN'T BREATH" "I'm going to die" LOL he's only in the back of the squad car and he starts his lines too early. According to the coroner, his heart was enlarged and a release of adrenaline could affect his breathing, so he was already panicked- at that point his own fault and if he'd dropped over dead it wouldn't have had anything to do with an officer's misconduct. But then the incident was taken to an even higher level by action of the cops. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80884116 It was the coroner's report and testimony that "sunk" Chauvin's case. You would have to think the coroner was corrupt for some reason or an idiot to disregard his finding. |

It’s pretty hard to argue he died from drugs when you are sitting on his neck and chest for 9 minutes so he couldn’t take deep enough breaths to keep his blood oxygenated and quickly died from too much carbon dioxide in his blood. Quoting: 936432979 Easy to spot the people that can't think outside the CNN narrative. Vaxxed too I reckon. There is video footage, and his knee was not on his neck. The officer was a piece of sh!t that should have been off the force years ago. But in this situation, he did everything by the book and was prosecuted in an effort to minimize the damage to the city. They were trying to shove a six foot plus man into the tiny back seat of a mini-car police cruiser, no wonder Floyd resisted. If they suspected he was suffering from Fentanyl, they should have put him into an ambulance, not sat on him on the ground until he died. Bullshit. He was in the car, then went for an escape out of the opposite door, the video is undeniable. |

Quoting: 936432979 :yourere A pulmonologist and national expert on breathing, Dr. Martin Tobin, testified on April 8 that even "a healthy person subjected to what Mr. Floyd was subjected to would have died." He said the cause of Floyd's death was low oxygen levels caused by shallow breaths due to Floyd's body position and the pressure of Chauvin's knee on his neck. "Mr. Floyd died from a low level of oxygen. And this caused damage to his brain that we see, and it also caused a PEA arrhythmia that caused his heart to stop," Tobin said. Anonymous Coward User ID: 86547567 ![]() 11/20/2023 02:01 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | George Floyd killed himself, with a drug overdose Quoting: Anonymous Coward 81036114 Chauvin was dumb to keep kneeling on his shoulder after being told he had no pulse -- but the kneeling on his shoulder (not neck) was not the cause of death members of the angry crowd that gathered around should be arrested -- they made the scene too dangerous for paramedics to treat the drug overdose I just re-watched the video and Chauvin was definitely grinding his knee into Floyd's neck, not shoulder. I tried to link it, but it wouldn't go through. ![]() |

Quoting: 936432979 you may want to read the toxicology and autopsy report. it's free and easy to read, unlike your mindless rambling above. The primary expert that got Chauvin convicted testified in scientific detail how sitting on someone’s chest restricts their ability to take deep enough breaths, leading to asphyxiation. Not something I made up. I watched the whole trial. ![]() ![]() |

I guess they think they are all compromised for some unknown reason, or they don't care and think Floyd was worthless and needed to die anyway. |

Quoting: 936432979 He was high on meth, codine, fentanyl,Marijuana and caffeine when he overdosed 2 death. This will be overturned or cities will burn. Mark my words. U think blm rooted and burned cities. Wait 4 the actual genocide if the left doesn't stop sucking Satan's cock. Well, I am someone who any defense attorney would love to have on a jury because my need of proof of guilt is pretty significant. So, though I think it's logical that an action like that very well could be a factor leading to someone's death who was already overloaded with drugs and in a panicked state- and that they should have been listened to when they said he couldn't breath, it would need to be proven to me medically that it was a factor and then I would vote high degree manslaughter, excessive force, negligence of an officer. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

George Floyd's 'I can't breathe' chant started well before Chauvin ever touched him. The only thing Chauvin is guilty of is not realizing Floyd was having a health crisis and not getting him medical attention for it. |

Those number represent what is typically found in the bloodstream of deaths by overdose. People can often handle much more than what is considered a fatal dose. It’s called tolerance. And there are tons of cases where medical staff has said well you should’ve died or you should be dead right now cuz that’s a fatal dose. Dude probably takes that on a daily basis. Cops need to be taught a lesson don’t use this technique because it actually can kill even if it didn’t kill him. He should be liable for his death just by applying the technique he learned from the IDF. Not sure but didn’t they say this was not an authorized technique. Maybe reduce his charges but he’s guilty of manslaughter and violation of civil rights if he was overdosing it should’ve been apparent at some point and he should’ve gotten medical attention. The cop delayed his medical attention if that is the case. Kneel on his back if you are trying to take a smoke break and are being lazy on the clock not on his neck. Fuck the police ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
