Question For GLP'ers...
Just saw this meme and the first thing I thought of was I bet some of the men of GLP have done this.. hell, even some of the women chuckle

Have you ever done anything like this where you've acted out on something out of the blue?
Could be something like this or hearing/seeing something in public that made you lose your shit that you later regretted.

It is no joke when you're wondering around the dark and here something in the same tall grass you're in.

I'm pretty composed mostly but one time I was shopping and thought I was alone in the aisle. I was reading a product label and this old lady materialized next to me and grabbed something off the shelf. I nearly leaped out of my skin! She gave me a funny look and shuffled off. chuckle

Wondering why you'd be wandering around in tall grass in the dark anyway?

Another time at the dealership I was told to work on a car in the lane. I hopped in, pulled it around to my bay and I hear breathing in my ear. I turn around and there is this huge dog who proceeds to try to kill me with kisses.

I freaked out pretty good then. Had no idea it was back there until it's nose was in my ear.

Re: Question For GLP'ers...
The poster above reminded me of a time that I was food shopping with the Mr in a local supermarket.
They had a Michael Jackson song playing and I was feeling a bit giddy so was having a little jig whilst picking stuff out.
This gentleman rubs up aside me and I turn and notice him take a big slided stride and instantly thought he was joining in on my jig with me, so I gently held on to him and copied the sliding stride movement.. like a forward moonwalk.
Turns out he was disabled and walked like that naturally.

Myself and the Mr were fucking mortified and we left our shopping in the basket and left.

Honestly, it makes me cringe thinking about it now.

The Mr said the poor guy must have had a stroke or something as he was taking long strides with one leg and dragging the other behind him.

Re: Question For GLP'ers...
well, when I was 14 I skipped school and took some LSD for the first time

It was also the first day I ever heard a deaf person talk

A person who has their hearing but loses it due to an accident can still manage to talk normally for a little while, but eventually the speech disintegrates since they cannot hear themselves

They sound like " OuuahHHhhqrrff Awwoagllllfff " and what have you

So I was tripping balls and this dude started talking to me

" WaaaloooAAAUUUrrggHH FaaaLOOOOfuurrr " and so on

I'm sitting next to him nodding politely like I got fuck all of a clue what he's saying, thinking to myself " WTF...LSD makes people sound like this ?! "

Then someone else approached and they were talking normally to me, so I asked off to the side " Hey uh,...I took a tab and this guy sounds a bit odd to me, does he sound like that to you too or am I just really fucked up ? "

Guy looked at me like the moron I was and replied " That's Tim, he's deaf "
