We are told to expose any evil masquerading as righteousness, the Lord God of the Israelites stated this fact!!!

Ephesians 5:11

11: Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead EXPOSE them.

Matthew 7: 20-24

20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

22 Many will say to me in that day, LORD, LORD, HAVE WE NOT PROPHESIED IN THY NAME? AND IN THY NAME HAVE WE NOT CAST OUT DEMONS? AND IN THY NAME DONE MANY WONDERFUL WORKS?

23 And then will I profess unto them, I NEVER KNEW YOU: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

First of all if you don't like what i'm posting then go elsewhere, if it bothers you then don't click on the link, but let me tell you why i will keep this thread running, there are a lot of innocent people with good intentions falling for a dangerous deception.

I'd guess you're not a Christian so this post is irrelevant and irratating to you, why is that i wonder, if you were a true Christian then you would understand just how serious this fraud is and that we as the body of Christ have a duty of care to our fellow brothers and sisters to warn them of all and any traps and pits that they may fall into.

I'll do exactly as the holy spirit guides me to do and if that means that unbelievers get irritated by my posts and comments then the show goes on simple as that!!!

Have a lovely evening...

I find myself spewing out bible verse after bible verse at them for reasons why it can't be God, and they accuse me of blaspheming the Holy Spirit!!

Your ongoing thread made me feel a lot better about my discernment. Please keep up the great work!!!

Thank you brother/sister for your words of encouragement they are very much appreciated. I created this thread because so many of us were being pulled into this end times deception and need reassurance and guidance.

Like i said in a previous post, the sound is deafening from the people who need and should be standing up against this satanic revival.

Where are the voices and why are they silent? i can only assume that many leaders are frightened of offending and being ridiculed by other figures within the main stream Churches.

This is a time when they need to stand up and be counted, there are so many of who are not living the written Word of God and are not putting him first before all and everything else and are opening themselves up to the doctrines of Demons, literally!!

These are terrible times and if those who should be making noises are too frightened to do so then no wonder the way is narrow and few find it!!!

God bless you brother/sister.

Glory, Honour, Thanks & Praise To The Living God Of Israel & To The Lamb for giving us the gift of discernment, Amen!!!

Re: Proof Beyond Any Doubt That Todd Bentley Is A False Prophet & A Deceiver, He is An Anti-Christ
I am not against any person who has committed a crime and then repented with a sincere and humble heart to Almighty God Yahweh but when such a person is a fraud and a deceiver then he is open for rebuke and criticism especially in Todd Bentley's case as he is STILL dangerous and abusive as seen by the evidence throughout this thread!!!

Healing Evangelist Todd Bentley Reveals Facts About Past Assault

Canadian evangelist Todd Bentley knows well the power of a testimony to convince the lost that no one is too far gone to find healing in Christ. Recently, he has also learned that when the secular media digs into one's testimony, confession may not be so good for the soul.

In a lengthy feature article published in the September 2002 issue of Charisma, Bentley, 26, acknowledged that at age 14, as a juvenile, he had been arrested for assault. A March 2001 story about him that was published in The Report--a secular, conservative political magazine published in British Columbia and Alberta, Canada--offered a similar report.

But The Report story backfired when the mother of the victim of the assault read the article and informed the magazine that Bentley's assault had been sexual and that he had molested her son, also a minor, at the time. Bentley served several months in jail for the crime, and five years afterward he gave his life to Christ. Today his crusades around the world are producing reports of healing miracles and thousands of salvations.

The Report writer who filed the original story about Bentley's ministry called him back to verify the nature of the crime. As a juvenile offender, Bentley's record was protected from public disclosure, and he said he had no idea The Report would then turn around and publish his acknowledgement of the crime.

"[The reporter] didn't tell me he was doing a follow-up story," Bentley told Charisma. "He was just friendly and told me what the mother had said, and I admitted to him in what I thought were off-the-record comments that it was true, but that it happened years ago and I had since been changed by the gospel."

Bentley openly acknowledges the rougher parts of his juvenile past when he preaches in public, including his near-fatal drug overdoses, criminal burglaries, physical abuse of his mother and several stints in prison. But he said he has never talked openly about the sexual assault because of the stigma the crime carries and what he says is "the inability of Christians to forgive certain sins."

His advisers, who include several pastors and counselors, have advised him to refrain from talking publicly about the sexual crime for the same reasons.

Bentley did publicly acknowledge the sexual assault during the summer of 2001 while leading a conference and crusade in Kewlona, British Columbia. He had received the support of the New Life Vineyard church in Kewlona to use their facilities for the events, and organizers had installed posters advertising the event around town.

The family of the assault victim had moved to Kewlona, and when they saw the posters with Bentley's name, they contacted local media. Bentley decided to address the local outcry by going on the 6 p.m. local TV-news broadcast. He admitted the crime on-air, asked for forgiveness, told viewers how ashamed he was, and how he was transformed five years after the incident by the gospel's power.

"From that incident up to this article in The Report, our ministry has not had one complaint about this revelation from my past," Bentley told Charisma. "The church in Kewlona stood behind me and continued to allow me to use their facilities to finish the conference. The protests stopped after I went on TV, and they aired that broadcast two or three times."

Bentley, who is now married and has children of his own, said he has feared Christians would be afraid to leave their children around him if the juvenile sex-offense were known. He says he will report on the crime in a book he is writing that is expected to release this year.

Two ministers who provide pastoral covering for Bentley told Charisma they have full confidence that God has forgiven him for his juvenile crimes and that he is in no way susceptible to repeat offenses of that nature.

"Todd is in good standing with us, and we believe him most definitely to be restored," Pat Cocking said. "There has been no sign at all of any questionable behavior."

Bobby Conner of Demonstration of God's Power Ministries in Moravian Falls, N.C., echoed Cocking's sentiments.

"I do serve on Todd's watch-care group and minister with him several times a year," Conner said. "I know that he is a faithful young man. The anointing on his life is awesome. I feel he has been up-front with me and the watch-care group about his life before Christ. It seems well to move on now and not to continue to open what God has forgiven and covered."
Billy Bruce

“As believers, ask the Holy Spirit for guidance to discern those teachers who are preaching the whole Counsel of God and to be able to immediately identify those who are wolves. Begin by immersing yourself in the Word of God. There are many spiritual wolves stalking sheep today and that is why Ephesians 6 tells us to be sober and vigilant.”

Re: Proof Beyond Any Doubt That Todd Bentley Is A False Prophet & A Deceiver, He is An Anti-Christ
THIS IS AN EXCELLENT ARTICLE!

A Pastor Reports on Todd Bentley's "Revival" in Lakeland, Florida.

[Note to reader: this article begins a week-long series of posts, an in-depth eyewitness report from a pastor who attended and observed this "revival" as it unfolded.]

A couple of weeks ago I began to receive phone calls and emails asking me if I knew anything about a “revival” that was going on in Lakeland, Florida. Since that town is less than an hour away from me I decided it was important to find out what was happening in my own “back yard,” so to speak. I did some checking and found out that sure enough, revival meetings were taking place in Lakeland under the ministry of Todd Bentley. In fact, the services were being broadcast live on God TV. Therefore, after watching several services, I decided to attend a couple myself, and the following article deals with what I found out firsthand and the conclusions I have come to.

There is no doubt in my mind that the “Lakeland Outpouring,” as it is now being called, is nothing more than a recycling of previous movements that stretch back decades. Whether it was meetings held by people like William Branham, Kathryn Kuhlman, Benny Hinn, Rodney Howard-Browne, hater, or any of the so-called Kansas City Prophets, the spirit and basic doctrine are the same. There’s a common thread of specific heresies that go back a long way. That’s why I call it recycled revival. It’s nothing new at its core. In addition, this revival and ones similar to it promote ideas that are contrary to what the Bible tells us about the end times.

WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS ABOUT THE LAST DAYS

At the outset I’d like to say that I’m very much a Pentecostal Christian. I believe that the gifts of the Spirit are for today and that God still baptizes people in the Holy Ghost. I also believe in revival. I’ve read the Bible through dozens of times and seen enough genuine moves of God to know beyond any doubt that the Lord still pours out His Spirit on hungry hearts. With the Lord’s help I’ve made a careful study of authentic revivals down through history and the characteristics are always the same: strong preaching against sin; deep repentance; an emphasis on the cross of Christ; an emphasis on the world to come as opposed to this world; and an emphasis on the Bible. I believe we need genuine revival. We need it because of our [the Church in general] apathy. We need it because of our ungodliness. And we need it specifically because we are in the Last Days. But there’s a distinction between praying for God to pour out His Spirit on a person or church and believing that there will be an end times revival that will sweep the world and “Christianize” the nations. There’s a huge difference between those two things and what you believe concerning this point will affect the way you pray and it will affect the way you look at things as we draw closer to the return of Christ.

What does the Bible say about the end times? It’s important that we establish this point before we move on to discuss the happenings in Lakeland, Florida. Let’s examine a few Scriptures. In Matthew 24 Jesus is speaking to His disciples about the end times. They have asked Him to tell them what the signs will be for His return and the end of the age (vs. 3). The first thing Jesus says is what? That we are to expect a great end times revival? That we are to accept what anyone says simply because they claim to be a servant of Jesus? NO! The first thing Jesus says is “See to it that no one leads you astray” (vs. 4).

It’s interesting that Jesus would begin a discussion about the last days with that admonition. He then goes on to say (Matt. 24:11). In Mark’s gospel, He adds to this and says,“many false prophets will arise and will mislead many” “false prophets will arise, and will show signs and wonders, in order to lead astray, if possible, the elect” (Mark 13:22). So Jesus tells us that one of the primary marks of the last days will be deception. In fact take note that while He says the gospel will be preached to the world He does not say the world will accept the message. Nowhere does He tell us to expect great, worldwide revivals just before He returns.

The Apostles also had much to say about the last days.

* 2Th 2:1-3 – “Now we request you, brethren, with regard to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and our gathering together to Him, that you may not be quickly shaken from your composure or be disturbed either by a spirit or a message or a letter as if from us, to the effect that the day of the Lord has come. Let no one in any way deceive you, for it will not come unless the apostasy comes first.”

Note that Paul did not say Christ will not come unless a great worldwide revival comes first. He said “apostasy” which is a falling away. So Paul lines right up with Jesus on what we should be looking for in these Last Days. Paul also tells us in I Timothy chapter 4 “the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons.” Again I’d like to point out that no where in this or any other passage does Paul tell us to expect an end times revival that will bring in millions or billions and Christianize the world.

Peter echoes this same thing when he states that “false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction. And many will follow their sensuality, and because of them the way of truth will be blasphemed” (II Pet. 2:1-2).

It should be obvious to any student of the Scriptures that the last days will be perilous times (II Tim. 3), and Christians must pray for discernment. This is in compliance with I John 4:1, an extremely important Scripture for our discussion.

* “Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world.”

This is what I will be doing in this article. I’m not judging anyone. I’m not condemning anyone. I don’t have a “Pharisee” spirit (as one man accused me of recently). I’m simply obeying the biblical command to test the spirits. Remember too that one of the nine gifts of the Spirit mentioned in I Corinthians 12 is the discerning of spirits. There are three basic “spirits” that information or teaching can come from: the Spirit of God, the spirit of man, and demonic spirits. We must understand that just because a person claims to be a Christian and claims to be operating under the anointing of God it doesn’t mean they really are. They could be operating in their own fleshly spirit, or worse yet they could be operating under seducing spirits posing as angels of light (II Cor. 11:14). We must know the Word of God, and know it well, in order to be discerning Christians who can rightly divide the Word of Truth and not be led astray.

Once more, let me emphasize at the outset that we do need genuine revival in the land today. Apathy in the Body of Christ is at an all time high, and I can fully understand people wanting to draw closer to the Lord. That’s a worthy aspiration. In no way is this article judging the intentions or motives of those that go to these meetings.

I’m sure that many, if not most, of the people that attend do so because they are somewhat desperate for more of God. But we must never put discernment and the Word of God on the backburner because we feel spiritually dry. In fact, it’s often during those times when we are thirsty that we need to be extra careful about what source we drink from. A desperate man, lost in the desert, may drink from the first pool of water that he comes to, but it may be poison. So let us be careful to diligently seek God when it comes to purported moves of the Spirit in certain churches or services.

This article will be divided up into two distinct sections. In the first section I will give detailed accounts of what I personally witnessed at two of the meetings I attended in Lakeland, and I will also detail a portion of a third meeting I watched and taped off television. This first section will obviously include subjectivity from my vantage point. The second portion of this article will deal with 7 issues that need to be addressed concerning this “Revival” and will include some of the more salient teachings of Todd Bentley.

The Truth:

"Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord." (1 Corinthians 15:58)

Discernment in a nutshell...

FALSE PROPHETS:

A Study in the Scriptures

"How will we know the word which the Lord hath not spoken?"
Deuteronomy 18:21

From The Holy Spirit: Gifts & Ministries, by Diane S. Dew, © copyright 1976, 1998

I. Not every prophecy is of God (I Kings 13:18), "because many false prophets are gone out into the world." Jeremiah 28:11, 15-17; Matthew 24:11, 24 (Mark 13:22); Luke 6:26; Acts 13:6; 2 Peter 2:1; I John 4:1-3; Revelation 16:13; 19:20; 20:10
A. "They speak a vision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of the Lord. They ... have perverted the words of the living God." Jeremiah 23:16, 36
B. They are not ordained of God, but are self-appointed. Jeremiah 14:14-15; 23:16-17, 21 ("I sent them not"); Ezekiel 13:6; Revelation 2:20

C. They may be speaking under the influence of a lying spirit (2 Chronicles 18:21), or presumptuously (Deuteronomy 18:20), from "the deceit of their own heart." Jeremiah 14:14; 23:16, 17, 21, 26; Ezekiel 13:17
D. They speak lies (Jeremiah 23:25, 26, 32; 20:6; 29:31; Isaiah 9:15; Micah 2:11; Zechariah 13:3), and in the name of the Lord (Deuteronomy 18:20; Jeremiah 14:14, 15; 23:25; Matthew 7:22).
E. They speak soothing words to those in spiritual darkness and give false security to those who deserve rebuke. Jeremiah 23:16-17; Lamentations 2:14; Luke 6:26; John 15:19
F. Sometimes they are even hired to do their work! Nehemiah 6:12, 13; Micah 3:11
G. Their punishment under the law was death. Deuteronomy 13:5; 18:20; Jeremiah 28:15-17; 29:31-32; Zechariah 13:3

II. How can we distinguish the true from the false?
A. Any ministry that does not exalt Jesus (Revelation 19:10) and His Lordship (Mark 9:39; I Corinthians 12:3; I John 4:1-3) is not God-ordained.
B. "By their fruits ye shall know them." Matthew 7:15-20
C. No true prophecy will contradict the written Word of God. Isaiah 8:20
D. It must agree with the previously spoken and revealed will of God. I Kings 13
E. A prophet is recognized as true when the word he has spoken comes to pass. If it doesn't, it was not the word of the Lord. Deuteronomy 13:1-5; 18:21-22; Jeremiah 28:9
F. The source of a ministry cannot be determined merely by signs of the miraculous (Deuteronomy 13:1-5). Satan can perform lying signs and wonders. Exodus 7:11; 8:17-19; 2 Thessalonians 2:9, 11, 12; Revelation 13:13, 14
G. If the person entices people to follow after another God (Revelation 13:1-5), or speaks of another Savior, another Spirit, or another gospel, he is not sent by God (2 Corinthians 11:4).

Titus 1:10 For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers….Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre’s sake.

Matthew 7:15
Beware of false prophets which come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly they are ravening wolves. .

Matthew 7: 21-23
Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Matthew 24: v 4-5
And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

Mark 13: v 21-23
And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not:
22 For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.

Acts 20:28-31
Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood. For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them. Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears.

Romans 16: v 17-18
Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them. For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.

Galatians 1: 8-10
But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.

Ephesians 4:17-19
This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind, Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart: Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.

1 John 4:1
Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

2 Peter 2:1-3
But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

2 Peter 2:18
For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.

2 Corinthians 11:13-15
For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

2 Timothy 3:1-7
This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

2 Timothy 4:2-5
"Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry."

Ezekiel 33:6
But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman's hand.

Colossians 2:18-19 Do not let anyone who delights in false humility and the worship of angels disqualify you for the prize. Such a person goes into great detail about what he has seen, and his unspiritual mind puffs him up with idle notions. 19He has lost connection with the Head, from whom the whole body, supported and held together by its ligaments and sinews, grows as God causes it to grow.

Ezekiel 13:8-9 "...Because you have spoken vain things, and have seen lies,
therefore behold I come against you, said the Lord GOD.
And My hand shall be upon the prophets that see vain things,
and that divine lies."

Jeremiah 29:8-9 "Let not your prophets that are in the midst of you,
and your diviners deceive you...
for they prophesy falsely to you in My name, and I have NOT sent them,
said the Lord."

Deuteronomy 18:20-22 When a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord, if the thing follow not,
nor come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord has not spoken,
but the prophet has spoken it presumptuously."

"And The Lord said to me: "The prophets are prophesying lies in My Name; I did not send them, nor did I command them or speak to them. They are prophesying to you a lying vision, worthless divination, and the deceit of their own minds." (Jeremiah 14:14 RSV)

1Ti 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils.

1Ti 4:16 Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee

Eph 5:6 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.

"Your prophets have seen for you false and deceptive visions; they have not exposed your iniquity to restore your fortunes, but have seen for you oracles false and misleading" (Lamentations 2:14 RSV)

"And her prophets have daubed for them with whitewash, seeing false visions and divining lies for them, saying, 'Thus says the Lord God,' when The Lord has not spoken." (Ezekiel 22:28 RSV)

So, how do we protect ourselves?

Don't Believe Anyone Who Ignores, Or Disagrees With, God's Word

About 30 years ago, I recall hearing a preacher bellowing, "Don't believe me, believe your Bible." The honest logic of that man's statement cannot be refuted or argued with. Humans can be, or go, wrong. God's Word will never fail you, because God will never fail you.

"Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away." (Luke 21:33)

Prove All Things

Never just take someone's word as "gospel," regardless of how educated or exalted they may be, or appear to be. True Christian servants ("minister" means servant, "apostle" means messenger, "evangelist" means announcer) are not offended if you check to see if what they say is correct, or question them if you find something that you think is wrong. In fact, they expect you to do so:

"Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are of God; for many false prophets have gone out into the world." (1 John 4:1 RSV)

"test everything; hold fast what is good." (1 Thessalonians 5:21 RSV)

Know Your Bible, read or listen to an audio version of it as much as you can

Follow Christ, Obey God

God's true servants want you to obey God, not them.

"For to this you have been called, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow in His steps." (1 Peter 2:21 RSV)

"But I want you to understand that the head of every man is Christ ... and the head of Christ is God." (1 Corinthians 11:3 RSV)

Discern "Miracles"

While in the end time God's true prophets will perform great miracles there will also be great Satan-empowered "miracles" which will deceive many:

"It works great signs, even making fire come down from heaven to earth in the sight of men; and by the signs which it is allowed to work in the presence of the beast, it deceives those who dwell on earth, bidding them make an image for the beast which was wounded by the sword and yet lived" (Revelation 13:13-14 RSV)

"Prophet" Doesn't Mean "Profit"

Money is of course necessary to pay for living and operating expenses, but acquiring great personal wealth from one's service to God cannot be justified. There are many honest and righteous ways of earning a lot of money. Christianity is not one of them.

In the Old Testament, Abraham was considered righteous by God (Galatians 3:6), and at the same time he became very wealthy (Genesis 13:2). But his personal wealth came from business activity. It wasn't given to Abraham as a way of worshipping God.

Later, the apostle Paul, a man who actually wrote a large part of the New Testament, although having to accept occasion help because of his difficult circumstances, worked whenever he could, as a tent maker, at the same time of his ministry (Acts 18:3).

According to Paul, "For we are not, like so many, peddlers of God's word; but as men of sincerity, as commissioned by God, in the sight of God we speak in Christ." (2 Corinthians 2:17 RSV)

God's true servants are not interested in taking from you. They want to give to you, not worldly money that is quickly spent, but true wealth, the knowledge and understanding that will enable you to obtain the eternal spiritual riches that will last forever. God's true servants don't want your money. They want you to obey God.

Fact Finder: What will be the fate of The Great False Prophet, and all of the lesser false prophets, at The Return Of Jesus Christ? Great false prophet - Revelation 19:20
The rest of the false prophets - Revelation 19:21

Here is a scripture that is commonly taken out of context by followers of false teachers in their defense:

2 Peter 2:11:
2 Peter 2:11:
Bold and arrogant, these men are not afraid to slander celestial beings; 11 yet even angels, although they are stronger and more powerful, do not bring slanderous accusations against such beings in the presence of the Lord.

The scripture above is talking about false prophets slandering angels and that even the Angels in Heaven don't talk about these slandereous accusations against the slandered Angels in front of the Lord. This scripture is often taken out of context and used as a defense that we are not to judge such false teachers because the Angels do not. (WRONG)

(CORRECT)
This scripture is in reference to false prophets slander against Angels. But the angels in Heaven don't even slander against these Angels in front of the Lord that this false teacher has slandered.

Re: Proof Beyond Any Doubt That Todd Bentley Is A False Prophet & A Deceiver, He is An Anti-Christ
The evidence is totally overwhelming against Todd Bentley especially his behaviour and his New Age teachings. He is a spiritualist and glorifies angelic beings, of that there is no doubt.

This in itself is heresy, it is a clever and dangerous manipulation of the Gospel and will lead those who follow it into spiritual error and to follow the doctrines of Demons, he is GUILTY as accused and his fate has been ready and awaiting him from before the creation of the world...

Here is another excellent site with plenty of concrete evidence against this false prophet and deceiver, please check it out and show it to anyone who is thinking of following this man on the wide road to hell!
