One's mind starts making up all kinds of scenarios.

1>
Was it a bad furnace, Carbon Monoxide poisoning?
They started passing out, one rustled the others to get
outside, but they barely made it, passed out again, froze
to death...

Possible.

The only motive for the police to be such lazy pricks is the 4th and or 5th man have connections or influence in some way that threatens someone(s) high up in the local police force.

With this much family and outside pressure they would be investigating this hard by now.

yeah, would have been easy. I was exposed to what was thought to be CO and ended up in the ER one time. It was NOT the cause of multiple people sickened by the same stuff I breathed in.

Quickly ruled out, as were intoxicants, etc etc.

Was from a malfunctioning car. mine. Sickened the guys in the shop too when they ran the engine.

They sent samples of the gas to be tested..... might have been laced with tons of STP. Only finding.

Another bothersome thing:

the host (he is called both homeowner and renter - don't know which is right) -

the host had 2 dogs. Pit bulls I think.

He said he didn't leave the house for 2 days - okay, but he didn't let the dogs out to the backyard either?
 Quoting: beeches

Several interviews and articles said the host had taken his dogs to a pet sitter before the game and so dogs were not in the house for the two days.

Their cars were all parked out in front of the house which is why the concerned friends assumed they must all still be inside and broke in when the host did not answer the door.

That's what's going in with the murdering teens in suburban Phoenix (the Gilbert Goons). They come from LDS/Masonic families, and the LDS/Masonic cops did everything they could to ignore their crimes (before the media pressure got to be too much).

I keep seeing the homeowner (renter) here described as an "HIV scientist". So we have an apparent member of a protected group, and a monied interest behind him (HIV is big $$$). That might be the play here.

thank you for posting this - mean it.

Had the dogs been violent before?

I have read that the host went to bed AFTER the guests had left.

Did they come back, if they left?

Cars out front but the guests gone, for a day, day and a half, 2 days -

makes no sense unless the host was unable to peer out of the window.

I hope the families get some idea of what really happened.

Taylor doesn't normally record the genre of music I listen to which is classic rock with a classic rock band, otherwise I could provide more information about her songs but I don't follow her.

I did find this long quote.. (Probably way more info that anyone here may want to know about Taylor. As someone who doesn't follow her, I found it a fascinating read.)

"While this might sound like (just) a fandom post for Taylor Swift, it’s not.

It’s a remark about how social media sways public opinion and how the patriarchy is still alive and well in American society today.

If you’re not listening to Taylor, you cannot objectively claim a lack of talent. You cannot objectively claim she’s overrated. And you definitely cannot claim to not like her “genre” (unless you listen solely to like death metal or trap).

Taylor has recorded 10 studio albums in 17 years. She has fluidly moved between country, pop, rock, synth, hip hop, folk, alternative, and indie genres.

She has written or co-written 243 songs, some in collaboration with or even for such names like: Little Big Town, Miley Cyrus, Sugarland, The Civil Wars, and Andrew Lloyd Webber.

In her 200 million records sold, Taylor has won 324 awards, including 12 Grammys, 23 MTV Video Music Awards, 40 American Music Awards, 40 Billboard Music Awards, 12 Country Music Awards, and an Emmy.

She is the most-awarded artist of all times at the AMAs and BMAs, and she ties with Frank Sinatra, Stevie Wonder, and Paul Simon for most Album of the Year Grammys.

Swift was “the most streamed artist of 2023 on Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music; the first act to place number one on the year-end Billboard top artists list in three different decades (2009, 2015 and 2023); and the first living artist to simultaneously chart five albums in the top 10 of the Billboard 200.”

Rolling Stone described Taylor as “a songwriting savant with an intuitive gift for verse-chorus-bridge architecture,” and scholars and critics have compared her to literary figures such as Shakespeare, Emily Dickinson, and John Keats, as well as to modern songwriters such as Bob Dylan and Paul McCartney.

Over 20 universities include a Taylor Swift course in their catalog, including Harvard, Mizzou, Berkeley, Stanford, and Brigham Young.

Taylor has acted in five movies, headlined six tours, and can play guitar and piano. She has developed, written, and directed several of her own music videos.

She has influenced the music business by revitalizing vinyl records, championing artists’ rights on streaming services, and changing the way label contracts are written. Her journey to take back her intellectual property by re-recording her first six albums is one of the best business and personal decisions any artist has made regarding rights.

She’s not just a talented performer and savvy businesswoman. She is also very human and fights for things she believes in. Taylor speaks up for the rights of women, LGBTQ, and artists.

She has donated millions to charitable relief and philanthropic efforts, as well as to the arts. She generously gave millions of her revenue in bonuses to her Eras Tour team.

She was sexually assaulted by a DJ in Colorado and reported it. The DJ was terminated and sued Taylor for $3 million in damages, so she counter-sued for a symbolic $1 and spent over two years in a legal battle that ended in a jury deciding in her favor. Since then, Taylor has been even more active in fighting for the rights for women to be heard.

She genuinely enjoys her fans and has fun leaving clues and hints in her music to keep her fans engaged and like they’re part of the story. She always seems sincerely delighted to be doing what she’s doing.

Her 17 years in the industry have proven her talent. It shows that she’s earned every fan she has and dollar she’s made. (And if you think she’s only country-pop, then you need to spend a day with Folklore or Evermore.)

If you have a negative reaction towards her as a person, it’s because our society still goes after successful women in a way that men avoid. The media turns on celebrities - especially women - who dare to do things like countersue a sexual assault case, speak against corrupt politicians, or not laugh at misogyny.

I will never apologize for being enchanted by this one. She is a poet, and she’s possibly the most self-aware artist I’ve ever heard speak. 🫶🏻

(ETA: I did not pay for this post. I did not anticipate the shares. And I wasn’t out to seek attention. Why strangers feel the need to message me rude things because I posted on my personal page is beyond me. This is why we can’t have nice things.)"

To park on or at this property you come up the driveway to the right hand side of the house and park on the right hand side.

The right hand side where the cars would be parked has no downstairs windows giving visibility of them from inside - there are two car port/ garage doors on this right hand side and upstairs is just a tiny window not directly overlooking where cars would park - maybe a toilet window.

Looking from the front of the house would give no view of any vehicles for anyone inside looking out.

The rear of the home i.e. the back yard, in summer is dense with trees; there is no overhead view of the rear yard/ garden itself from above due to tree canopy foliage; this would not be the case in winter if the trees are deciduous, which they appear to be in that area.

On the right hand side of the house where you can park, there is a fence-line dividing the back yard from the front yard.

The fence appears to comprise within itself two large double gates, hinged to the fence, giving the appearance of a continual fence but with hinged openings large enough for vehicles to pass through into the back yard and for them to be secured there.

It is quite possible the home owner believed his friends had left if they stated they were doing so; however:

they wouldn't leave after excess consumption of alcohol during a game for example, if they were drinkers, although the home occupier could presume they had taken taxis and would return for their vehicles (if he noticed them).

I understand leaving dogs with sitters if friends are coming over and you could relax more for any reason - but I don't understand them not coming back home within 24 hours if your mates were just round for one night for the game (unless the sitters were family who said they would take them for a weekend or something like that.)

If the home occupier is innocent in relation to whatever occurred, then the information stating he was leaving in a U-Haul implies that he inferred a threat relating to the event/s - and not simply that some type of accident had occurred.

If there was a threat inferred - this would mean the men were subdued as a group which would imply control by use of a firearm being directed at them - for example.

If the group or the occupier were sedated or subdued by drugs in some way, it would explain the home occupier not realising his friends were there - or the home occupier was silent due to a threat against him or an inferred threat.

It would be reasonable for the home occupier to presume he was the intended target with respect to any inferred threat - in this case evident by way of the presence of three deceased persons on his property.

Interesting comment - not because I believe there is any truth to it, but because if the three deceased had all been members of one family, then murder suicide would be a given presumption.

thank you for the details of the house - no two houses along with yards and fences and trees are alike, even if they were built in a very similar way.

The dogs - they were/are the light of his life. Do wonder when he got them back. And why they were taken off premises in the first place.

The dogs not being there is a big question mark. We don't know if the occupier had the dogs sat regularly or in similar circumstances with guests coming over.

The rear aspect of the patio area from inside the house appears to have good visibility and I would say at the least in the summer months it would be difficult to miss three friends sat there deceased or otherwise.

People do tend to snuggle down in the winter though - close curtains and blinds and that kind of thing.

(NewsNation) — Family and friends are demanding answers after three men were found dead outside of a Kansas City home.

The men, all in their mid-thirties, were reportedly gathered to watch a football game at their friend’s house. Two days later, the men were found dead in the backyard of the residence with no apparent signs of foul play.

Police confirmed to NewsNation that they are investigating the case as a death investigation, not a homicide, claiming there are no signs of foul play at this time.

Just wait for the toxicology report. My guess is that'll tell the story. As for the laying in the backyard/cars out for 2 days, that is easily explained. Didn't see the bodies due snow/cold conditions. They ubered home together because they were too drunk.
