Role of anchor. Repeated 5x...
Best explanation this human hubris can utter. Vague statement saying without central banks there is crisis after crisis... this "thing" drained a fresh water lake in Zimbabwe as punishment for not paying back enough of their forced loan to the country.

Then goes on saying "hey.. yall don't want to go back 200 years, right buddy?" Suddenly cash is a filled with risk.

What a bunch of A-holes.

I watched a video about a 1795 time capsule opening and they found a Pine Tree Shilling and the curator said it was a symbol of freedom, the colonists printing and pressing and using their own money.

That being said I believe that the variety of cryptos is a way to mitigate control, where various markets could use different coins. That would make things harder but safer. I believe that crypto currency actually takes away their control, and saying that it retains their control is a way to scare people from using it. Crypto currency is not the problem.

And people do need material forms of payment in case of hacking or the grid goes down.

Do you understand what she's saying?
Without cbdcs, national money is finished.

Psst psst come closer....yeah you...that means all cash also goes bye bye as trust in it wanes.
All value will be exchanged on decentralized blockchain...i.e. digital currency. There would be no recourse for any trusted physical representation of money except in the smallest of ecosystems.

What am I for? A hybrid of sorts. So some legacy wealth is preserved and the over 30 crowd has a fighting chance as we move to Society5.0. Without a compromise there will be mass carnage...look around, it's already happening!

Makes economic strategic sense to combine your school and work and medical history including political viewpoints posted on social media with your FICA score and bank account into a single device such as an easily scannable capcha signal perhaps tattooed in a conspicuous place like the forhead or wrist or both and if power goes out due to a massive CME, no more paying by electrically fried phones, after the historical darkening turning us all into Amish, the only devices that could read capcha symbols and that would be in suitable marketable operation would be those hardened for such an event in faraday cages hidden underground with of course the necessary powering stations, generators what have you.

Another aspect of the CME would of course be the destruction of communication of news, very necessary information, the very text of books being obliterated as their ones and zeros are carried off by solar plasmas.

The darkening would magnify into a fervor a perfect panic as spoiled Americans who rely on the extremely vulnerable electric grid for 98% of their food, water, heating, communication, hygiene and transportation wouldn't know how to survive without the kind of savagery we haven't seen since the goths sacked Rome.

Actually, ironically, it's a very, very fortunate windfall that thousands of illegals from third world areas invade our nation as they have knowledge regular Americans do not possess like sewing, digging a latrine, gutting a chicken or fish, planting sweet potatoes, raping a goat, and how to hose down your leaking Chernobyl tumors So your asshole doesn't seal shut.

Have a nice day.

Uh...gold is not portable, scalable, widely available or accountablewithout digital tracking...back in the day when gold was king, wealth was consolidated in the hands of very few.

It's not CBDC.
