Amazon and SpaceX are quietly trying to demolish national labor law
Amazon alleged in a legal filing published Friday morning that the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is unconstitutional. SpaceX and Trader Joe’s — companies that, like Amazon, have repeatedly faced labor law violations from the federal agency — have recently made similar attacks that threaten national worker protections.

This is just Amazon’s latest attempt to block union organizing in its fulfillment centers. But this time, these companies aren’t just limiting the rights of their own workers. If these threats against the NLRB keep moving forward, American workers could lose workplace protections that they’ve had for almost a century.

Modern unions steal your money and fund their own political interests with it. They also excel at protecting employment for the most incompetent while being wholly ineffective at protecting the rights of the competent.

Wow it’s not like we had any protections or rights in the first place “right to work”(right to be fired for any reason) “at will” (you chose the job it’s your fault it’s shitty now go fuck yourself)

Look at pretty much all other first world nations and workers have a ton more rights and yet the corporations just can’t help them fucking selves. No ethic whatsoever

What unions? There’s no fucking unions in this country, that’s like 1% of jobs and of course they want to get rid of that. It’s not perfect but at least they give some protection sucks to have to pay dues and all that and it’s probably not worth it but would be nice to be an option in some jobs and industries instead of just being raped by these corporations all the time
