Cat-fishing Women vs Vehicle Seller-fishing

Remember the post about Restaurants "Cat-fishing" desperate women, well here's a new troll for you: "Vehicle Seller-fishing".

The Trolls & Shills from Vehicle VIN Number Dweeeebsites scour the World Wide Dweeeeb for used vehicles for sale. They contact the Sellers and tell them they will buy their vehicle, but need to see a BVR or a GVA Report first. They don't even negotiate the price, which was my first RED FLAG.

So they want you go to whatever Dweeeebsite they have posted, in their e-mail/message back to you, and buy this BVR / GVA Report, (which is totally Legit, by the way), but then they never show up to purchase your vehicle.

Meanwhile they have increased the revenue of said VIN Number Reporting Dweeeebsite and also made off with their commission, pretty easy money really. Is it illegal, no, but is it necessary? No again.

If I had not read the "Cat-fishing" post, I prolly would have paid for the BVR or GVA Report, for my vehicle, then never seen the Troll show up.

They said they would pay me back for the Report, when they came to see the vehicle.

So I told them to e-transfer me, (via e-mail which EVERYONE does here in Chinada), the $25.00 USD for the BVR / GVA Report, then I would pay for it and have the Report to show them. (By the way, Americans cannot send an e-transfer from America, to a Canadian bank Account).

Then I went onto the "chat" on the Dweeeebsite they wanted me to use and asked for the person that was e-mailing me. The "Bot", or real person?, in the chat said that they didn't work there. I pushed saying that it was important to talk to them and that they had messaged me to get a hold of them via the chat.

The chat then "vay-pooh-rized", LMFAO!!!

Also, a quick White Pages search f this person's name called up no such person in Chinada. But that doesn't really mean much, anyone can "un-list" their Name for that.

After all the conversation you still asking me that I am serious?

i'm serious enough to drive down there taking a day off my work and dragging a friend with me just to be able to pick up the vehicle without atleast the report. I just need to see it before i make the arrangements as I'm already committed to buy it if it's as described.

If it's the money that's stopping you from doing the GVA report so I can assure you that I will have a deal with you on your asking price and will pay you back for the GVA report when we meet for the deal.
