That happened three years ago in June.

It was called the Francis Scott Key Bridge.

Everyone in the media keeps referring it to as the "Key Bridge" emphasizing this is a key event.

If you remove "key" from the name it becomes the "Francis Scott Bridge." The acronym for that would be FSB.

FSB is the common acronym for the Russian federal security services AKA the modern KGB.

This bridge attack was clearly retaliation by the Russian secret service for the Moscow theater shooting which was done by Mossad/CIA.

Mossad/CIA paid off Tajikistani muslims to shoot up the theater, so the FSB paid off a dot-indian crew to pilot the ship into the bridge. Very clear retaliation attack.

They built the ICC in like 1.25 years. It was open but not fully completed for like another year and a half.

I bet the State already has plans for a replacement bridge on file since it's nearing 50 years old, which is probably the design lifespan.

Given that the traffic is so much lower now, I could see this being replaced with a causeway maybe even with a drawbridge or something cheaper to maintain.
