Some of the automated traffic light control systems use cameras to monitor the flow of traffic. These are not enforcement devices.
I'm sorry but they are not there to monitor traffic. WAKE UP AMERICA this very quickly becoming a police state with total surveillance. Are you not going to see this intill they actually install one in your home?
