Richmond area tollbooths( without construction lights, just there b/c you are stopped/ slowed to pay the toll and they can check for seatbelt, inspections, license tags), also rte 60 midlothian tpk near cloverleaf mall, willey bridge over the James = chippenham/rte 150/ parham rd, also huguenot and Robious rds-- often "just" license checks and a whif to smell for alc/pot (would be a good time to fart) usually they are around a curve/over a hill after midnight with no exit except for an illegal u-turn in an auth only vehicle turn--THAT is what they look for and have a pursuit vehicle ready. |
