If you feel guilty after watching too much porn... dude try self-control. Im not saying that Im perfect. Ive often stumbled myself. But when I am able to control myself I can definitely feel life being more meaningful. But always have a purpose or driving factor of why you wanna try to maintain control over yourself, or your attempt becomes puposeless.

Im also learning how to fast meaningfully.As you need to have a control over you body's senses. all you need to do is try a little. You may falter on your way, thats fine, but you sure as hell will reach where you would want to.

what im telling you is what I have learned from Gandhi's book, and am only doing this to help you.

1) Nothing significant will happen the 1st month.

2) Nothing significant will happen the 2nd month.

3) Nothing significant will happen the 3rd month.
