Even if you can't afford to eat/drink much organic food, consider spending the extra money for organic dairy, especially for the children in the family. Pus content is only one way in which conventional dairy is inferior to organic. The pesticide concentration in milk is much higher than on produce because the cow's fat stores pesticides eaten on grains. If you can only afford an extra five or ten dollars a week for organic, that money is best spent on organic milk and cheese.
