Two Top Execs at Fannie Mae Forced Out
so WHERE is the 9 billion bucks?
You know, people like scott peterson donīt really scare me----itīs scumbag CIVIL SERVANTS who do REAL HARM to all of us every day.
HOW many people get hurt because we are paying 29.99% intrest on last weekīs groceries?
It makes us slaves, and it should be illegal. Iīm really paying MORE for anything that I buy on credit than other people. HOW can MONEY cost MORE for some people? Isnīt it illegal to SCREW with the value of money?
WHY the hell do we put up with this crap????
This happens to piss me off personally.
I am eligible for fannie-mae financing, and I spent quite a bit of my time trying to apply.
Waste of time, and I am no closer to getting financing than when I started.
The only offer of a mortgage that I did recieve had a real nasty clause in the contract-It said that there was "no pre-payment penalty", but then in some incomprehensible double-talk, it would have had me agree to owe them the entire amount of the loan, if I ever re-financed, or sold the property.
-thus loosing any equity---I think I call that a pre-payment PENALTY????
(I asked a CPA to look-over the contract).
I have an idea. (OP)

Re: Two Top Execs at Fannie Mae Forced Out
I have been mulling an idea.
You know how when you sign a contract, or agreement with a credit company...or even a cell-phone, cable etc?
WELL. If enough people printed out an addendum, say,on a sticker, or if we carried a sheet of stickers for when we are signing our names to agreements, or contracts, and then REFUSED to sign-up, or buy the car, the phone, the credit-card...unless THEY (they company giving us an agreement with all of the fine-print, the fine-print that says, among other things..."we reserve the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time without notice...", or other unfair stuff that we agree to....
The thing that people could carry around and stick-on contracts could say "If this agreement says that this company can change the terms without notice, that part of this contract-I do not agree."....Or if it says that they can share information with third-parties....even if it dose not, the sticker could say "If this agreement says anything about sharing information about myself with anyone, except for the purpose of rendering excellent service, I over-ride and do not agree. In the event that this company wishes to share any information about me or my account with anyone including credit-reporting companies, the company must notify me in writing who they are sharing the information with, and I must approve of that exchange before permission to share info. is granted. Sharing information about my account or any information that your company has collected about me remains my personal property, any un-authorised use will be subject to void this contract, and will be subject to copyright fees in the amount of 10,000 per use. Thankfully the UK has laws that protect us from these sort of coybow tactics, and they have been upheld in court.
