Russia is willing to halt the offensive ONLY once Georgia meets those conditions. Georgian President declares Georgia will never give up in its fight for freedom. Large pro-government rally in T'bilisi is occurring as we speak. The Cease-fire was faked on US TV. Russia had only supported the end of military ops if and when Georgia meet the conditions for such cease fire. Georgia has yet to do so. Also stated on CNN, Georgian forces are still being engaged by Russian forces in Georgia. The war is not over!

Russia will complete their defensive operations when the invaders are completely repelled, not just because Western countries are demanding a ceasefire because they find themselves supporting a bunch of losers.
