Anyone know anything new with Cassini-Huygens Mission

People do not talk about Cassini-Huygens Mission much, does anyone here, know the different things that this mission is going to accomplish. Someone said to fuel a new sun. Is that what anyone else heard? This mission along with CERN hydron collider makes for questionable times ahead. Amazing how such huge issues that affect everyone of us & our planet is never much talked about in the media. HMMMMMMMMmmmmm makes a person wonder.
