I'm really good thanks. And breakfast? Well I usually get up about 11am and drag out whatever leftovers are in the fridge. This morning it was beef vindaloo and rice. YUM!

I just had a Roast Beef sandwich for breakfast. Half glass of milk, vitamins and water. Now I'll have to wait awhile before I can go to the gym to do some cardio.

i attempted swedish pancakes. 1 turned out pretty good and 1 other one turned out ok. doh.

I slept in, no breakfast for me. I like bacon and eggs for breakfast, though.

Good morning!

So far, coffee only. I am a brunch person.

I would adore some pancakes, and so would my family, BUT

I can't seem to make them right on this old electric stove!

Does anyone have some advice? I have a large heavy La (sp) skillet Cruset. Can't seem to get the pancakes to cook properly, and I am wary of those Teflon griddles.

Teflon =bad stuff.

Great, & how are you this morning? I'm fixing myself some eggs over medium over spanish rice & a side of black refried beans...yummm.

banana this morning. i don't get really hungry. now that i think of it, ill have a breakfast bar or 2 once i put my laundry in the dryer.

Slab bacon hand cut thick from Lancaster, PA Amish farmers.

Eggs with cheeze from the same farmer, green peppers from my garden picked minutes earlier with sweet onions.

Pitch black Russian bread for toast.

Sultana Bran with milk! I havent had cereal for years so this was unusual and nice for a change.

Breakfast drink made with 8 oz. skim milk, two scoops whey protein powder, frozen strawberries mixed in blender, two pcs.toasted 15 grain whole wheat bread w/ p. butter, followed by ten desiccated liver tablets w/ purified water.

BLAH....nothing to eat or drink for me. I have a HIDA scan at 9:45am.

OMG! That sounds heavenly.
