US-Russia Begin Catastrophic End Time War On World

In the shadow of Western public blind to their own government’s propaganda that such technology does not exist, the first attacks of Total Global War between the West and East have been launched against each other by the United States and Russia.

The Americans are reported to have struck first in their Alaskan HAARP based attack upon Russia’s similar array of atmospheric radars located on the shores of Lake Baikal (also home to Russia’s Deep Underwater Neutrino Telescope) which was hit by a devastating 9.0 magnitude earthquake. (6.7 on the Richter scale)

Russian Forces were quick to counterstrike with a massive 9 billion volt surge from their “Hurricane Gun” directed towards the Gulf of Mexico, and which American meteorologist Scott Stevens had previously accused Russia of utilizing against the US over the catastrophic Katrina Hurricane which virtually obliterated the city of New Orleans.

This is not the first time this year that the Americans have struck against their Eastern adversaries as their early summer attacks against the Chinese were brought to an abrupt halt following China’s treat of ‘massive retaliation’, and as we had previously reported on in our June 21st report titled ‘Stop Now Or We’ll Bury You’, China Warns US As Weather War Intensifies”.

No such warning, however, is being heeded by America’s War Leaders in their confrontation with Russia as the Gulf of Mexico is now in turmoil in expectations of Tropical Storm Gustav growing into a possible monster Category 5 Hurricane ready to cause catastrophic destruction to the United States vital off shore oil facilities and refineries located along their southeastern coasts.

It should be noted that Russia’s State Duma had previously (2002) “prepared two addresses: to President Putin and to the UN, international organizations, parliaments and governments of all countries, to the scientific community of the world, as well as to mass media” for the banning of US based “geophysical weapons”.

Researcher Vladimir V. Sytin had, also, had previously warned in his Ukraine Times report:

“In the opinion of many scientists, ecological catastrophes which befell Europe and Asia in summer, testify to some common global reasons behind their origin. First of all, they believe there is a possibility of secret and unsanctioned use of geophysical weapons.

It is worth remembering that at the end of the 1970s the U.S.A. and the U.S.S.R. signed an agreement banning use of engineering developments in the sphere of geophysics for military purposes. In fact, these developments were made under the pretext of scientific research or dual-purpose technologies.

According to most experts, it is the High frequency Active Auroral Research Program ( HAARP) which involves such developments. As recently as the 1980s the American scientist who drew up this program, received a patent on a method and a device for changing layers of the atmosphere, ionosphere or magnetosphere.

Yuri Solomatin, deputy of the Supreme Rada, Ukraine's parliament, stated that the U.S.A. has already constructed high-frequency emitters which are capable of heating the atmosphere to the temperature of the plasma by means of the power pumping of ions. This plasma can be controlled in space and it can influence strongly processes in the atmosphere, ionosphere and magnetosphere of the Earth. The above emitters are deployed in the Norwegian town of Tromso and the U.S. military base in Alaska.

Meanwhile, critics point to the danger that after commissioning of the third most powerful emitter in Greenland, the American geophysical weapon will be able to cover Eurasia with its influence from the Atlantic to Pacific Oceans.

Theoretically, this weapon can program floods, typhoons and tornados in any part of the globe or paralyze civilian and military electronic control systems, including communication ones, in any country.”

To the fullest dynamics that are driving the rapid plunge of our World into Total War we can read as reported by Russia’s Vedomosti News Service in their report titled “Medvedev takes first step toward new world order”, and which says:

“Russia's recognition of the independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia several months after the leading Western countries recognized Kosovo's independence has closed the door on a short period of a stable world order.

Analysts say Moscow has provided a much more radical example of solving international problems without resorting to traditional mechanisms.

Russia put off the recognition of the breakaway Georgian republics for as long as possible, until it had to choose between doing it or bowing to the West - although it did not consider itself guilty of anything, and eating humble pie in this situation would have been vivid proof of its inefficiency.

Boris Shmelev, head of the Center for Comparative Political Studies at the Institute of International Economic and Political Studies, said in chess such situations are described as zugzwang, or the necessity to move when every decision has negative consequences. It is a choice between bad and worse.

Russia's recognition of Abkhazia and South Ossetia will enrage the West, and a crisis in bilateral relations that began several years ago will deteriorate into confrontation.

However, a decision not to recognize the two republics would have seriously damaged Russia's prestige and possibly destabilized the situation in Russia's North Caucasus, which would be still worse, Shmelev said.

Nikolai Zlobin, director of Russian and Asian programs at the U.S. Center for Defense Information, said Russia had delivered the final blow at the system of international relations agreed by the anti-Hitler coalition in Yalta, and opened the door to what the United States and other Western countries have demanded for the past few years - a revision of the fundamentals of the current world order.

"Dmitry Medvedev, the first Russian president to become a politician after the Cold War, has driven the last nail in the coffin of the system that has long become ineffective and inadequate, and has more than once led the international community into a dead-end," Zlobin said.”

To the unsuspecting US public these warnings of current events will, like always, fall upon deaf ears as they have been conditioned to not accept the true, and monstrous, reality of who rules over them, and a glimpse of whom the rest of us can see through the efforts of the American writer and documentary filmmaker, Jon Ronson, who pens in his 2004 book, “The Men Who Stare At Goats”:

“In 1979 a secret unit was established by the most gifted minds within the US Army. Defying all known accepted military practice-and indeed, the laws of physics-they believed that a soldier could adopt a cloak of invisibility, pass cleanly through walls, and, perhaps most chilling, kill goats just staring at them.

Entrusted with defending America from all known adversaries, they were the First Earth Battalion. And they weren’t joking. What’s more, they’re back and fighting the War on Terror.”

As President Medvedev has just stated that Russia will not back down in facing the West, and has further stated that he is ‘ready for anything’, one cannot be at all surprised by his stance in the face of barbaric American monsters he is facing.
