I am literally shocked to find ppl who are addicted to fennel just like I am. I am trying to get rid of it too as it has lots of estrogen and I have uterine fibroid that feeds on estrogen. I have menstrual irregularities and I thought fennel is bad having estrogen in it but my gyne says, its ok to eat fennel seeds. I don't know if the seeds really are harmful. If anyone knows harmful effects of fennel, plz let me know more so if someone can recommend how should I get rid of the habbit. Thanks and god bless.
