It's a strange one. A star. Its easier to see from the drawing further down. Looks like the NATO star to me. It has the same sort of structure but five points. [ link to www.fotw.net] I think it could be a mix of the Nato star and the USA flag. It reminds me of the other Pentagon one. I think its saying that Nato is being run from the US Pentagon. Maybe it means the plans are being more structured now. I can remember a similar one before but this has more Flag symbolism and Nato symbolism.
