I don´t think the German people would tolerate a desire to take back former colonies as we are very opposed to such discredited imperial politics. You must also remember that Germans are mostly pacifists, having suffered two horrendous wars that were organised by their enemies in London.

This is one reason why your President is so unpopular in Germany. He reminds a lot of people of Adolf Hitler.

Analysis:

Gg uses his answer to bring the focus back to the City of London cabal that was responsible for the disaster of Germany’s suffering “two horrendous wars that were organised by their enemies in London.” Their stooge in the second one of these was the Austrian expatriate Adolf Hitler. Gg is saying that George W. Bush stands in the same relationship with the City of London that Adolf Hitler did seventy-five years ago. It is the same gang, the same game and the same methodology. Only the stakes are higher this time.

Dml, I´m not familiar with the prophet of whom you speak but I have read about other prophecies made many years ago that have come to nothing.

At the moment in Germany we have severe economic problems and this is likely to last for some years to come. In fact, there is so little money in the public purse that the government is thinking of abolishing compulsory miltary service (young people may also opt for civil service if they are pacifists).

We have a very small standing army and cuts are to be made here too. There are also constitutional factors which would prevent an aggressive foreign policy. No political party that I know of (not even the far right) supports the idea of imperialism. People are too concerned with unemployment and cuts in social spending.

Analysis:

First sentence: Gg reveals that he is not a fan of prophecy. This may be less a statement about personal ideology (Gg is, after all, an organization rather than an individual), and more a reminder that the need of the hour calls for practical action, not cosmological musings.

Second paragraph: Gg points to the fact that Germany is in dire financial straits, which is of course the ideal time for unfortunate events like “staged terrorist attacks” to take place. It was the financial chaos of post Versailles that eventually brought about the demise of the Weimar Republic and the rise of National Socialism.

Third paragraph: Gg bends over backward to show that Germany is not a part of the British/American “imperialism,” because her people and government are actually grappling with the very domestic problems that would also be addressed by the Bush administration, if it were actually working for the American people.

Yes, the cities that are mentioned most as sites for nuclear detonation are Houston, Dallas and Atlanta. In Europe, we have computed multiple references to Frankfurt, Paris, Munich and Berlin (Frankfurt is at the top of the CIA/Mossad "hit list").

A lot of this chatter can be accessed by intercepting the Echelon system, the raw information output of which is processed by the NSA in America and the Royal Signals in Britain (as a sidepoint, the Echelon system is no longer reliable or efficient because it doesn´t use intelligent algorithms).

What I rely on is good old-fashioned telephony interception, but on a software platform that unencrypts communications between the various US military installations and CIA stations dotted around Europe. Also, the best intelligence you have is another long-forgotten system called "human contact"! Yes, taking briefings from the intelligence community direct (on an informal off-duty basis, of course).

The Israelis are very good at selling software-based intelligence systems but I have never had much faith in their objectivity (on the human side). The Russians are progressing rapidly in this area and many agency people I know are extremely impressed with their communication robots (they are like software vacuum cleaners that suck up information from electronic communications, but are in Russia much more advanced than the "dumb" Echelon system. Echelon produces too many false positives).

Analysis:

First paragraph: Gg’s use of the phrase “the cities that are mentioned most” indicates that multiple events might be being planned, as was the case in the 9/11 scenario. “Houston, Dallas and Atlanta” are mid-sized commercial hubs that could create a national collapse without destroying the national governmental and financial infrastructure. They probably have the right features for lending themselves to think-tank scenarios with an acceptable range of predictability. Gg’s mention of Frankfurt as being “at the top of the CIA/Mossad hit list" is another veiled reference to the City of London that views Frankfurt’s Central Euro Bank as an annoying upstart competitor. Paris and Berlin are the capitals of the two leading nations in the European Union. Both countries have been largely uncooperative toward the transnational’s hegemonistic movements and the concept of a Greater Israel in the Middle East. It is unclear how Munich figures into the picture, except that a terrorism event during the 1972 Olympics may make it a credible candidate for a staged attack.

Second paragraph: Gg’s reference to “intercepting the Echelon system” merely points out that massive intelligence gathering mechanisms are vulnerable because their scope makes them unwieldy. A stationary system that is “all ears” can hardly escape being snooped on itself. “The Royal Signals in Britain” are well within the intercepting range of the BND. Gg wants the 12/27 Gang to know that the BND knows what they think they know.

Third paragraph: Gg gives another nod to the rank and file by stating his preference for “old-fashioned telephony interception” and “human contact.” The “informal off-duty briefings from the intelligence community direct” lets the 12/27 Gang know that they have no hope of remaining anonymous. There are evidently enough agents willing to spill the beans if push comes to shove.

Fourth paragraph: Gg’s statement that he has no “faith in their objectivity” is to pre-empt the idea that his information might have been contaminated by the Mossad. On the other hand, his praise for Russian intelligence gathering implies that the Russians do have the goods and will likely make them available if the U.S. military tries to step on their toes. Gg’s message in this phase is that the 12/27 Gang is isolated and surrounded by capable enemies.

These are interesting questions. If I only have time to answer one before I travel to Frankfurt, I shall try to address the others when I return.

To 9-11. I personally (and many within the German intelligence services) believe that 9-11 was an internal operation planned and executed by an extreme pro-Israel faction within the American government and intelligence services. The technicalities evident in both planning, timing and precision flying point to the use of technologies not available to so-called terrorist groups.

We believe that the relationship between the so-called al-Qaeda group (really the Muslim Brotherhood which is financed by the British) and the Israeli intelligence services is very complicated, but there is an alliance of convenience. We ran a personality profile on some of the alleged hijackers, analysed handwriting and applied linguistic methodologies, and thus believe that Atta was a Mossad asset.

There is also an enabling aspect on the part of the Pakistani intelligence services, which is a clone of the CIA. Yesterday Musharraf told your media that he had done everything possible to destroy the Taliban enclave in the border areas of Afghanistan and Pakistan. This is a lie. Neither the Americans nor the Pakistanis have any intention of breaking the Afghan rebel forces, as they will need them to become more extreme and regain the coüntry at a future date.

I think it would be very interesting to see Osama bin Laden and Mr Wolfowitz in a room together privately, for I am sure they would kiss each other on the cheeks as brothers under the skin with roughly the same general project, though sharply divergent goals.

Analysis:

First sentence: Gg is about to travel to “Frankfurt” for “meetings.” We already discerned that this was essentially a signal to the 12/27 Gang that operations against them are ongoing and that they must respond with some positive sign before Gg returns to the keyboard for more disclosure. He now makes sure that they understand his intention to continue being indiscreet unless they give a reliable sign that the heat is off of Germany. He says that he just has “time to answer one” of the questions put to him. He picks the one that the other side would most have him be quiet about.

Second paragraph: Anonymous Coward had asked about the reliability of intercepts and Gg’s take on 9/11. Gg refers to the latter as an “internal operation planned and executed by an extreme pro-Israel faction within the American government and intelligence services.” Nothing new there. There are many details though that would be embarrassing to the neo-con circles, that much is clear from Gg’s words.

Third paragraph: Gg lays “the so-called al-Qaeda group” at the doorstep of the City of London and speaks of a complicated “alliance of convenience” between al-Qa’eda and the Mossad. Again, this is just enough of a hint to impress the 12/27 Gang with the seriousness of Germany’s insistence on being left out of any “staged terrorist attacks.” If Gg can reveal that “Atta was a Mossad asset,” then it is pretty obvious that the group has a list of all other Mossad assets, and is willing to put them on the Internet, one by one.

Fourth paragraph: Gg speaks “of the Pakistani intelligence services” as a “clone of the CIA,” but presumably one quite amenable to “informal off-duty briefings from the intelligence community direct.” There are thus things to be spilled from that end too. Gg gives only a little taste, implying that it could be spiced up quite a bit if need be: “Neither the Americans nor the Pakistanis have any intention of breaking the Afghan rebel forces, as they will need them to become more extreme and regain the country at a future date.” No wonder that President Bush had said some time ago that he does not particularly care to know where Osama Bin Laden is.

Fifth paragraph: “Osama bin Laden and Mr Wolfowitz in a room together privately” puts them together alright. Gg wants to make sure that the 12/27 ears get that message loud and clear. He draws a picture, in which the two “kiss each other on the cheeks as brothers under the skin with roughly the same general project.” We have already discerned that the “project” is the destruction of the U.S. army, so that nothing will stand in the way of dismantling the United States of America, and the rest of the world’s national entities along with it. Now, will making this information public make much of a difference in Mr. Wolfowitz’ pursuit of his agenda? No, but it does plant the seed for his being set up as the fall-guy by the City of London in case of anything going wrong. Mr. Wolfowitz probably does not enjoy being in that position, which is exactly Gg’s point of putting him into it.

I have often heard my American friends remark with surprise that Germans are not "controlled", as they thought.

By NWO I think you are referring to the "new world order" system Bush Senior spoke of during the first Gulf War.

Firstly: in Germany it is illegal for government agencies to share information about citizens they deal with on an ordinary basis. There is no central computer that links all of the various departments. (It is a different matter if you are seen as a threat to the constitution, and that matter is dealt with by your local state and not by the federal authorities.)

As yet we do not have a biometric ID system, although that may happen in the future following approval from the European Parliament. This has been forced on us by the American government. Nobody in Germany is enthusiastic about this development, but if you travel to America regularly, you will not get entry permission after October 2005 without biometric data in your passport.

I have not heard about Satan appearing on any ID card. You can however see such things by folding various international paper currency in a certain way, so I think it has more to do with imagined demons than any deliberate symbolism.

If there is a continuing move to a world order of concentrated power, then this would rely first on the destruction of the American people and the American system of government. This is already happening in the United States and the biggest culprits are to be found in the American government itself.

It seems that a grouping of international corporate entities and financial institutions have decided that America at this late stage is only good for projecting military force, and so it will use up American resources to advance its own agenda until there is not much left of American power and credibility.

At the geopolitical level there are only two main beneficiaries: Israel and the City of London (Israel will then be destroyed by the CoL and international corporate power groups). At the financial-imperial level, the major corporations and institutions involved in the bleeding away of American military power have little to lose, since all of them have sufficient assets outside of US territories and would survive the collapse of the United States as a global power.

So if this is what you mean by a world order, then you are correct. It will not be a global system of control connived by nation states, but rather by corporate and financial entities (who already enjoy enormous power and influence at all levels in all countries).

I shall have to answer other questions when I return later today.

Analysis:

First to fourth paragraph: Gg once more refers to transnationals’ manipulations in Europe. The advent of the European Union has given them the tool for introducing the same privatization and globalization trends that have already reduced the U.S. to a caricature of what it once was. That is the purport of Gg’s linking “a biometric ID system” with “the European Parliament” and “the American government.”

Fifth paragraph: Gg distances his message from the genre of conspiracy theories that deals in “imagined demons” rather “than any deliberate symbolism,” just as he had previously set aside the popular prophecy fashion. While it did use a Houston plot as the attention-getter, Gg’s information is quite sober. The message is addressed to the treasonous factions in U.S./British/Israeli intelligence, and it basically says to keep hands off of Europe and particularly off of Germany.

Sixth paragraph: Anonymous Coward had challenged Gg with the idea that Germany’s government is itself a participant in the drive toward the New World Order. Gg steers this back to logistics, saying that it first requires the already ongoing“destruction of the American people and the American system of government.” In other words, the very argument for the existence of the New World Order drive subsumes that prerequisite anti-American activities like the deliberate destruction of the U.S. military must already be in progress.

Seventh paragraph: Referring to the transnationals as “a grouping of international corporate entities and financial institutions,” Gg points to how they “advance their agenda,” part of which is to “use up American resources.” The U.S. is being used in two capacities. First, it offers a ready consumer pool for absorbing products and services from the global market. Second, it provides the standing army that is the transnationals’ current enforcement arm. This army is being used to bring about an international conflagration that will result in a weakening of the worlds other major standing armies, including those of China and Russia. When the job is done, there will be no resistance to the dissolution of nation states in favor of a new grid of economic zones of interest. Nations will simply not have the military capacity for defending their sovereignty. The notion that the U.S. military is being used to further American interests, albeit immoral ones, is fundamentally flawed. Gg repeatedly points to the City of London and its allied "grouping of international corporate entities” as the true managers of both the U.S. government and its military.

Eighth paragraph: While the information in this paragraph is likely to go over the head of many “ordinary readers,” it will be significant to the patriotic contingent of the intelligence community. Gg says that Israel itself is also marked for eventual dismantling by the City of London and the transnationals. He also offers a rationale for this to the general public, to whom the idea of the globalists’ deliberate destruction of cash cow U.S.A. may seem incongruous: “At the financial-imperial level, the major corporations and institutions involved in the bleeding away of American military power have little to lose, since all of them have sufficient assets outside of US territories and would survive the collapse of the United States as a global power.” Not only that, but the collapse itself would be a looting fest of epic proportion.

Ninth paragraph: Gg discounts the popular belief that it is the U.S. or even Israel who is seeking to establish global hegemony. He says that both are targeted for dissolution, along with other nation states that are viewed as pesky regulating obstacles to the ambitions of “corporate and financial entities (who already enjoy enormous power and influence at all levels in all countries).”


Interlude:

John Doe, an ex-CSIS operative with past connections to the BND, confirms some of Gg’s references to chatter with a late December 2004 content. He speaks of “a multi-intel-agency operation involving a number of Western governments, including the CIA which initiated the op.” John Doe is hoping that “the German insider may pass along some more sound bytes,” particularly with regard to the operation that John Doe has come to know as “Feuerball.”

Comment:

This is likely a message from patriotic intelligence that Gg’s efforts on behalf of the German government are not being regarded as compromising to the saboteurs. A heads up, in other words. It is unlikely that “John Doe” will make another appearance.

Comment:

As was said before, Gg has no intention of “driving” to “Frankfurt,” especially not to meet with a friend working at “the American Consulate in the Siesmayerstrasse.” These details, just like John Doe’s tidbit about the Candian consulate in Beijing and Gg’s reminiscing about “1979” and a friendship with “Clinton appointee” “Douglas Kramer,” are meaningful only to special recipients. They certainly are not intended to make it easy for anybody to figure out who the speaker is and where s/he is at any given moment.

Comment:

Gg acts in two capacities. The first is on behalf of the German government, with the objective of discouraging the 12/27 Gang from going ahead with “proactively hoped-for staged terrorist attacks” in “Frankfurt, Berlin and Munich.” GLP was picked because it is one of the forums that gets regularly scanned by intelligence, and because many posters here are active in other forums. There is a good chance that information dropped at GLP will make a quick splash elsewhere, and that the underlying message will also quickly reach the right ears in the 12/27 Gang. Gg’s second capacity has to do with bringing the intelligence fence-straddlers to swing over to the organized underground. In the process of presenting them with the imperatives for such a move, Gg also educates the general puplic about what is afoot. For that objective, too, GLP is a suitable venue.
