Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 342843 United States 09/18/2008 05:55 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I say this spooks the hell out of the market tomorrow and we see another down day. No buyers for WaMu = FDIC seizure for sure. I saw this on another forum: "I played golf today with 3 guys who have collectively removed and transfered around 4 million in personal cash out of WM over the last week. I wouldnt consider them financial types either, theyre professionals with little or no market experience (medical field)...They got the idea from friends who have ALREADY done that...If they can feel the tremors....J6P is not too far behind...the slow run is not as slow as it appears I think" |

Then they throw up a link to a story updated at 20:16 EST that no one is interested. Meantime WaMu stock is slowly sliding back down. We are soooo being played. Obamacare: Never has so much been taken away from so many for so few. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 340451 United States 09/18/2008 06:11 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The median price for a Southern California home is now $330,000. That is off from $500,000 which was reached only one year ago. That is, $170,000 has been lopped off for the entire region in the space of one year. And this was during the high volume summer season! What is going to happen with the slower fall and winter season and we start seeing a much larger number of option ARMs recast into ridiculous payments? [link to www.doctorhousingbubble.com] |
