Wife and the pill = no good, Male Contraception?

My girl tried the pill for a few months when we were first got together
...
She is one of the few women who get blood clots (which can be lethal).

For, about 3yrs, we've had to use condoms as birth control.

Reading scholar.google reveals study after study of male contraception through 17-alpha Nortestosterone implants, and IM Test Cyp and IM Test Enanthate injections. Most of these were done in the 90's

Anyone know of any recent work toward a male contraceptive implant or injections?

Beyond that, I'm 35, great shape.

Thoughts ?
