According to one source, the bill tentatively calls for an initial authorization of $200 billion to the Treasury as it tries to buy up bad subprime-mortage assets from reeling Wall Street firms.

The Treasury would then have to give "notification" to Congress if it intends to spend an extra $150 billion. Anything above $350 billion could theoretically be blocked by Congress if it decided to cast a negative vote against any more funding.

"In effect, it’s like a vote of confidence," said a source of the final third phase of distributing money to the Treasury.

Did he go into all of that bullshit, and try to tie it to the current Jewish economic swindle?
