You can't go by the Electoral College Map because the electors have not voted.

Just because it looks like a state is going for a certain candidate DOESN'T MEAN ALL THE ELECTORS IN THAT STATE ARE GOING TO AGREE WITH THE VOTERS. The electors can change their minds.
