Google chrome runs a lot faster than any other web browser on the crappy laptop I have at the moment - so I use google chrome.

Google Chrome is full of spyw.re-like components which transmit data to google servers.ANd its not completely open-source unlike firefox.This has been proven in the past.
NEwest Firefox builds with tracemonkey enabled have similar performance to Chrome and it runs all the extensions.

no thanks..just went with Opera and i like it. Firefox stopped working when i wouldn't upgrade it. Fuckers.

I have Firefox on my sytem, but have used the Chinese "TheWorld" browser with the Firefox skin for over a year. I like being able to right click on threads, open several (tabs), then go to them one by one. Yes, this can be done with Firefox too of course, but TheWorld seems less bulky, is faster and consumes less resources. A simple browser that works nicely with this forum, but it takes some configuring to get it just how one wants it. TheWorld website is responsive to any questions or problems.

Google Chrome is terrible. I uninstalled it after 10 minutes.
