1. You are ultra screwed...you'll be dead or imprisoned in a matter of hours if you are actually doing that in the new system.
2. Clarity is forthcoming if all goes well with the elite negotiations going on now. The Summit Bush recently called is directly related to this.
3. You cannot develop any doomsday weapons, period.
