I had a good laugh the other night- Bush quietly slipped a riderin to one of the 2000 page bills that no one reads in Congress.
The premise was that he, Rove and Cheney would be immune from any type of prosecution from Sept 11. 2001 until and if they are arrested. (Signs of a guilty conscience?)

1 A President cannot pardon himself. There is no law or precident for it,
and when he is convicted of even a felony,
2 He is now a felon, and a felon has no rights under normal law-or their beloved 'Patriot Act' and cannot pardon anybody vote hold Gov jobs etc
they could be held for weeks before they were arraigned
