Need Help - I have SIRIUS Radio on my Satellite - It has a terrible buzz, what can I do?

During the day I listen to SIRIUS radio that I get with the satellite dish on top of my house.
The radio comes with the package deal, including HBO etc.
I turn on the TV and put on the channel I want.

My TV set is a 5 years old and sounds fine with all TV programming but not the radio stations.

There's this loud hum or bothersome fuzz noise that I always get. What can I do to eliminate this?

If I buy a newer tv set will this help?
Am I stuck with this noise?

Now, I have a cable outlet in my bedroom and I want to listen to SIRIUS in that room too. The cable has a one prong end. What do I buy to receive JUST the radio because I do not need the TV Channels.

What kind of receiver should I buy to get the clearest and best quality of SIRIUS radio?
Looking at the electronics on online sites is confusing. I simply do not know what I need.
