Giving to meet the needs of others is important to them, God, and yourself
28 October 2008

To brethren across this whole earth in our Lord Jesus' Name who seek to do Almighty God's Will to be done, Matthew 12:50, Matthew 25:32-46. These verses speak of brethren in the Lord Jesus Christ's Name.

I do pray over every person I meet who has a need. Not everyone am I led to give to, only as His Spirit leads me to share, and how much or what to share to a brethren in need or a person not of our faith. It is more blessed to give than to receive.

As we give to a poorer brother in need, His Word said the Lord shall return unto you much more than you give and to overflowing. "What you have done for the least of My brethren", said the Lord, “you have done unto Me", Matthew 25:32-46. When you meet a brother who may have need, the Lord wants you to consider that need and do it. No one has to ask or beg. James 2:12 to 18 is what it's all about.

So many people from the pulpit want to pray over someone's need, that the Lord will take care of that need when the Lord has put to you the test whether you will care for that need right then and there. I have seen brethren, even pastors, run away from the person who had a need, so I ask the Lord, "What be this?" He said that He gave the brethren or pastor to take care of that need, but they did not want to obey the Him. He said He just took that brethren or pastor’s name out of the Lamb’s Book of Life.

This has been going on since I started to hear His Voice. So He said less than 2% of the born again believers will be accounted worthy to be in His eternal kingdom not of this earth.

So best pray to the Lord over every situation as written in Proverbs 3:1 to 7, and to everyone I wrote, I first have to live it myself and not to be a hypocrite, for the Lord said, “Woe unto you, hypocrites.”

Agapi in Lord Jesus’ Name,

Prophet Elijah, His Servant.

God always meets our needs if we are walking in His ways. He said to look after the needs of those poorer than ourselves. If we see a poor man who looks like he needs a meal, as Christians, how can we in conscience's sake walk into a restaurant to look after our needs when we have not considered the poor?
