Immediately after Israel was declared a state they were attacked. At this time Israel had 600k citizens and lost 6000 people a full 1% of its population defending there newly found state. By you saying you support an end to the ocupation is an extremist viewpoint IMO. The Arab nations refer to the occupation is the state of Israel itself. The Saudi proposal includes recognition of Israel by all Arab states. Israel refused. The Arabs have offered peace from the beginning of the 1967 occupation. Israel does not like the terms because they want all the land from the great river of Egypt to the Euphrates under Talmud law. When I say the word 'occupation' I am referring to the currently occupied territories of the West Bank, Gaza, Golan and Shebba Farms. |
