Would a man that change into a women want to participate in the male or female respective discipline?

They consider themselves women but if talented enough to be in the male event then would they accept going competing in the male events?

And if its a women changing into a man, would he be asked to participate in only the female events and would not that be offending since he considers himself has female now?

Female athletes have been barred from the Olympics for have too much male hormones in them ... I seem to remember several East Germans having that problem.

So what would you do if your child told you they were Transgender?


First off I don't think a child would know what Transgender meant, secondly I don't think it's natural, so they would never feel that way unless they were subjected to people
like you. Then, maybe any insecurities or doubts they have about themselves - which most young people have - would then be dismissed because they would say they were "transgender". Of course then they'd want to plunge into a world of regret and judgement by chopping off their genitalia (or getting it put on) and living a life that is a complete lie. Real nice huh?

Transgender Day of Remembrance is held in November in honor of Rita Hester, a trans-woman who was murdered in her apartment just outside Boston, Mass., on the night of Nov. 28, 1998. Hester died of multiple stab wounds, and her murder--like most anti-transgender murder cases--remains unsolved. Her murder spawned "Remembering Our Dead," a web project dedicated to immortalizing the names of those persons killed because of anti-transgender hatred or prejudice. A candlelight vigil held in San Francisco in 1999 is recognized as the first Day of Remembrance event. Since then, events have been organized in numerous cities in the U.S. as well as in various countries around the world.

Through the day I will post articles on Transgender murders but also I will tell you about Transgender people I know and I hope to show what good people they truly are.
