not if there is no demand for it....everyone economys tanking and demand is way down...i bet it'll go to $20/barrel by february...
Even if there is no demand for it, they can control the price. All they have to do is cut production to a level just below what the world is using and the price will go up because oil is still needed...regardless of how low demand goes.
