Stop the source by making it legal and destroying the market value. Simultaneously launch a media campaign via hollywood etc to steer public opinion like they do for everything else...

That's my idea. I do not support drugs, but I can see that the reason why the growers are so inclined ot do so is because the drugs are illegal, and subsequently the price is 1000s of times more than if it were legal. Take out the grower with prices and the market dissipates...


Like the covert operations that depend on covert funding are ever going to let that happen.
