The southwest of the Denver metro area is somewhat expensive.. Highlands Ranch area. Do you have a city you are looking at in particular?
----

Littleton Ken Caryle area to start w/Sis who settled there back in '90. Will decide on permanent living situation once I get settled into new employ.
----

That's not a bad spot to start from, there is lots of commerce in that area and it's close to other industrial regions of the metro (Englewood). You will also be quite close to the mountains, Morrison, Kittredge, and Evergreen are all directly west of you just a few miles. You'll be able to see the mountains quite clearly from littleton.

Stayed there for my sis's wedding couple years back, the actual wedding took place at a small Chaple up on Red Rock.

I'm fortunate to have family there willing to help me settle in.
