I asked Ted how much we are paying people for their time. I am sure some of you would be motivated by big $$$ to participate. Others may have more of a long term interest in employment. Currently ILI is only able to offer $20-$30 per hour/session and Ted had this to say...

I'm here at the lab. Ted and I have been discussing the plethra of directions we can go. There are a couple parties that have shown interest and in the near future will be visiting the lab. The technology looks VERY promising at this point! Sooner or later this will be ready for real world applications...

So if there is genuine interest. Now is the time. You will not be disappointed!

It's an interesting Thread. However, it's a very simple technology. Actually, it's identical to voice recognition except that your replacing the microphone with a Quantum Detection Device (Let's just call it a Hardware Based RNG [random number generator]).

how long do you guys guesstimate you'll be able to continue with your project before the NSA black bags everyone and "confiscates" all your work?

If anyone is curious, Proteus is not the only one that has developed this technology. I have a DOS application that works the same way as his system, except that i developed it about a year and a half ago.
It's not terribly difficult software to write either. The biggest issue is recording enough RNG data while you are focusing on your intent so that you can create a database of thought-patterns. Once you have this thought pattern database, it's fairly simple.
As far as the training goes, though i'm only speculating - they are teaching you how to do MicroPk.
The problem with this technology is that if you can't make a dent in a RNG data stream (AKA if you can't cause a sufficient enough change in the z-score of the RNG) then you can't operate this technology.
However, if you can already do well in this type of thing, you will be well-suited for use with Thought Field Activation Technology (that's what i'm calling it).

The software for this does not take up a lot of space either. The DOS application i have (the scaled down version with only essential functions in it) is about 35kb.

i don't think that the NSA would be too concirned over us having a Quantum Sensor. However, once we figure out how to reverse the process, and transmit Coherent Thought waves (in amplified form) then they will have a problem with that. It might be possible (i'm trying to remain speculative here) that they do not want civilians to have this capacity unless they have some other technology that can block it.

This RNG device can record "emotions" very very easily. And the software can detect emotions (albeit primitive ones). So, if we were able to induce at a quantum level emotional states into anyone within a radius - that's a danger. One in which they could not control.

I might actually have some ideas on how to Transmit, which *might* (*grin*) have something to do with a modulated scalar wave

Same here. Some of my other projects and technologies that i'm working on involve something called Spinor Algebra and something about a dual torus

The torus is the shape of the Universe. The Hebrew alphabet is based on viewing the torus from various angles, angles which can be visually duplicated with the hand. These were the hand gestures used in Close Encounters when the alien walked out of the ship.
