Chronic tardiness, excessive absenteeism, verbal explosions of attitude, mediocre performance, personal phone calls to the extreme, text messaging all day, operating personal eBay business and a management team that permits it. I wouldn't call any one of them an "idiot" but they have certainly taken the proverbial mile from the inch that has been given them. The glass is neither half-full nor half-empty. The glass is 2x as big as it needs to be.
