OMFG...that's both awsome and scary...lol...I love it...had a few boyfriends with motobikes when younger but ended up with a fractured ankle riding pillion also...lol

Thats awesome! I wish I had more time to do something like that. I use to teach a dance class for women, but now I'm lucky to get to a class. busy doesn't even explain it.

Yes, but haven't done it for a while. I love being outside, any chance I can I get out of the house. I will walk my dog all afternoon through the woods or along the Potomac when it's nice out. I love boating.. as a matter of fact I spent most of my childhood summers on a house boat.

I understand completely, but from your pic it would seem you've got some great genes!!!

Most of the workouts I do at home (I took classes, but after having a kid there hasn't been much time) and my son does them with me (sort of, at least he applauds the title screen).
There is nothing to get your abs in shape like using your child as a medicine ball.

I think its a cool name too...but I thought the NOVA meant either she was an alum of Villanova outside Philly.....or she loved the PBS science program, NOVA.

I just can't figure out the mom part though...

My last baby starts school next fall.. I am hoping to get back into a class or two then. But until then, I will keep dancing around the house and using laundry soap containers as weights.. haha
