I'll disagree with himself on this one:

Only time a man can be sure a woman has an orgasm is if he can see the ripples of her contractions moving up and down her abdomen


There are a couple of other ones too. He may not have been with a woman with very very powerful contractions in the vagina or anal canals - both of which are unmistakeable.


Or with one who squirts - a VERY sure sign.


Sudden hard erections of the nipples with some women are another sign when it comes with contractions.

Or a sudden difference in the taste of a woman when she cums. Another sure sign with some women.

A lot of it is in the mind of the woman, and training can overcome most women's inhibitions - but not all.
