To have a heavy heart is to be saddened by events or emotions run amuck. Makes me want to stop all ill will (judgements) towards myself and others. Not so easy given the western mind but more than doable.

In fact, isn't this how we end war ... ending our own judgements ourselves. If one is reflected in the whole, the sooner we end our own "wars" the sooner the world wars cease.
