Now one discovered the phenomenon for the first time in Great Britain. On the river Otter in the county Devonian formed an ice circle with 3 meters of diameters. Every four minutes turns it once around its center, as the British newspaper “The Times” announces

One knew ice circles so far from Scandinavia and North America. In Continental Europe the rare phenomenon was now observed for the first time. One does not know the cause so far. It UFO-lied states that the perfect forms could be created only by extraterrestial ones. Scientists against it believe, it is because of a completely determined combination of deep temperatures and underwater currents.

If they can make crop circles and now ice circles, why not cloud circles? It would make sense, they can manipulate the clouds to form glyphs, thus allowing everyone to see their message (within the area) without having to stomp on someones private land. Makes sense, so come on ETs - lets manipulate those clouds for everyone to see!
