The Idea of a "forced" marriage came about with modernism. Before, it would'nt have been an issue, parents pick your husband, period. Its common for a girl to be "married" to a man, and he not sleep with her for many years. Your not going to walk down the street and find a ton of 10 year olds pregnant, many are 17 or older and MARRIED. MOST marriages were arranged int he past, if the father chose a 60 year old man, deal wiht it, im sure he would'nt pcik a man he thought would harm his daughter. Now in america, I can find PLENTY of 13 and 14 year olds on welfare with babies, FACT.

Im not that old, let me tell you, the girls I went to school with no mroe than 6 years ago, were all about sex. Not everyone has gotten abused/molested, theres always an excuse. Most of the people who do this in so-called civilized societies are never thrown into prison. They live normal everyday lives and are part of the pretence of community and responsible citizenry upon which those societies pride themselves.
