This isn't the proton spike of awhile back. This is a x ray spike and I find it odd, since the front of the sun is so inactive, but I guess it spit a single small flare.

I mentioned I was to attend a long meeting aboard ship a couple days ago. I did. And pretty much there is not going to be anymore done to further delay the reversal, which probably means no fleet created CME's or proton shots.

I don't understand what you are seeing on Stereo Ahead, did you think this one broke off? I need to look at the date again, could this be the cause of the small x flare yesterday.
