Human Capital

The census of the United States is taken by the Secretary of Commerce.
In actuality, the "United States" is a corporation that is keeping track of Human Chattel (slaves).

Of or relating to financial assets, especially being or related to those financial assets that add to the net worth of a business: made capital improvements at the plant site. --American Heritage Dictionary

It is UNBELIEVABLE what people are conned into. People are being treated as legal entities and NOT as men and women.

Title 8 USC § 1101(a)(37). Definitions. The term “totalitarian party” means an organization that advocates the establishment in the United States of a totalitarian dictatorship or totalitarianism.
